BeeBee and I were helping a customer with an order when I saw the front door fly open and Kane step in. He hopped over the counter, then hugged us.
Kane:Ayyy, there's my girls.
Abby:Hiii. Did you have fun with the Sins in the meeting?
Kane:Boring as fuuuck.
Customer:Oh shit, you're the Champion, right?
Kane:That I am. Name's Kane if ya didn't already know.
Customer:...You live with witches in the middle of the woods? Man, never would've thought.
Kane:Mhm, me and my lovely ladies have it pretty good out here.

Zeke:...Sometimes I swear I'm actually in a coma, and this is just a bad fever dream.
Kane:Part of me really wants to rip a finger off and go, "Does this seem like a dream to you?" buuut I don't feel like growing one back.

Abby:Sooo, how's things with Nova?
Zeke:Why are you asking me?
Abby:Well, she seems to like you.
Kane:Oooh yeah, the crazy lady's got a thing for you.
Zeke:She has a "thing" for how I taste. She's not in love with me. She just thinks I taste good.
Kane:I don't knooow. She sure seems protective of you.
Abby:And she's always asking us what you like.
Zeke:We've only known that woman for a couple of weeks. There's no way she fell head over heels for me that fast, especially since it's Lucifer's daughter.
Mist:It sounds like he's in denial, Doll. I thought for sure he would've envied Kane's relationship with you enough to take an opportunity to have a taste of it, especially after so long.
Abby:(Maybe he's just shy. Nova is a bit...feral.)
