Waiting for Sebastian to come in the next day was longer than you expected.

The only thing that can cure your boredom was swimming in your pool, the one that connected to your little cave. After eating your daily mush, you decided to do so. Taking your shirt and coat off and neatly folding them by the 'shore' of the pool.

Slipping into the water, a nice cool washed over you. You felt refreshed and started swimming forward, swishing your tail and doing the usual arm motion that humans do when treading through water. Your gills occasionally expanding when you breathed in, you have only gotten semi-used to the feeling of breathing in water .

Due to your 'enhancements', you could see so much clearer underwater than you could when you were normal. It was relieving if you were to be honest, not seeing a blurred painting of blues, greens, metallic gray and black if you were human and instead seeing your pool walls.

Someone in UrbanShade must've thought it was a great idea to give you interior decorating. They had placed rocks, boulders, sand and some fake coral down there to make it more homey for you. It didn't work, but the colors of the fake coral piqued your interest when you were first shown it.

(They decided to renovate your room one day, forcing you to be tested on for hours. Fortunately it was only one test but it was by far one of the worst ones you've experienced, seeing what starvation did to your new body. You think the answer would be obvious but apparently not.)

The arguably best thing about the renovation, was now that you had a place to hide away from the obnoxious lights and camera while sleeping. You were originally curled up in the corner the entire time before they remodeled a part in the floor.

The camera was still not fixed and the east wall was still in need of repairs. You hope Sebastian will come soon.

Sebastian mentally debated with himself if he should talk to you again.

If his superiors discovered he was developing a relationship with one of the most confidential pieces of UrbanShade's history, he would be severely punished. The tamest thing they could do to him was to let him off with a warning, he didn't even want to think about the worst thing they could do to him.

When he left your room and documented his return and progress, he was asked if he had sustained any injuries. Sebastian had declared he had none except the light burns, the sparks touching his hands and leaving small nicks that wouldn't require any attention.

The person he was reporting to had a surprised look on their face. When Sebastian asked why they did, the person stated that 'Z-18' had attacked people before. Now that piqued his curiosity and fear.

Ever since his first attempt with successful repairs. the UrbanShade higher ups sent Sebastian down to fix it again (which you were glad about). Their reasoning? You didn't attack him.

If he was going to be honest with himself, he was kind of excited to see you. You were the closest thing by far to the definition of interesting. He wanted to ask questions on how you came to look like this, what Urbanshade had done to you and how you seemed to still have your mental state in tack.
