I was standing by the crowded street with Vidya, waiting for bhaiya to return. I was scanning the crowd casually, out of the corner of my eye, I see Rohan--- that made my heart race-not in a good way. It was him. The guy who had been obsessing over me for months.
I had made it clear more than once that I am not interested in him. But he didn't seem to care. There was something unsettling about the way he looked at me.
My pulse quickens as I realized he didn't seen me yet, but it was only a matter of time before he did. Desperately, I looked for a way out. Without thinking, I took a step back. My steps were hurries, but in my rush to avoid him, I accidentally backed into a stack of crates. I realiz I was falling, and suddenly a strong hand caught me, preventing me from hitting the ground.
My eyes fixed on a man who had saved me. For a moment, everything around us fade out, I found myself staring up at him, His face was striking-sharp jawline, His dark eyes were intense, filled with an unreadable depth that made me feel like he was seeing right through me. There was something about those eyes, something magnetic, that held me in place. There was something about him that drew me in, something unspoken, but so powerful. My heart flutter.
Then I suddenly hear Vidya voice that brings me in reality. "Are you okay?" Vidya ask with really worried voice." I am fine" I say that while getting up. I look at the man who saved me. When I saw him again...
I felt warmth spread through my chest, and suddenly, I realized I had been staring too long. Embarrassed, I quickly looked away, my cheeks flushing with heat.
How can god make someone so handsome I had this one thought in my mind. I noticed the small injury on his hand. The cut was minor, but the sight of it made my heart twist with guilt. "Your hand," I said softly.
He looked down at his hand as if he hadn't even realized it was hurt. "It's nothing," he replied, brushing it off like it didn't matter. "Let me help," I insisted, my eyes meeting his again. I gently took his hand.

He tensed slightly, not used to someone fussing over him, but there was something tender in Veda's touch that kept him still.I pulled out a small handkerchief from my bag. I gently pressed the cloth against the cut.

Rajveer watched her in silence, his heart pounding again from the closeness between them.As I wrapped the makeshift bandage around his hand, I couldn't help but glance up at him. The way he watched me, silently letting me take care of him, made my heart flutter.
"Aap ko ye karne ki koi jarurat nahi thi," he said quietly, his voice low, as if he wasn't used to people caring for him like this.
"Sayad nahi....but let me.." I said with a guilt I have.
I finished tying the cloth around his hand, my fingers lingering just a second longer than necessary before I pulled away.
"There," I said, "All better."
