Don't Split Up!

Chapter 1

The Halloween school dance is on the 31st of October. Every student in 12th Grade got invited but there are just six students who got an 'invitation'. Yes they received this piece of paper with information saying where, what time and so on but it wasn't the same as everyone else's. All the invitations to every student was in their lockers so as they opened it, it fell out. The school dance wasn't that big of a hit as it was last year. Lets rewind back to what had happened last year; 

It was a rainy night during the Halloween dance, the hall was full of students and teachers. The thunder and lightning was just subtle as the night went on. Suddenly all the lights went out like a power cut. Out of nowhere the lights turned back on but there was a loud scream. A girl had a knife stuck in her leg.  Teachers rushed to her concerned. This girl screeching in pain as they called an ambulance. As she left with her friend going with her, it was dead silent in the room. You could hear a pin drop. The night carried on shortly after.  All of a sudden many students fell ill as if they had food poisoning. Many collapsing to the floor or throwing up. What a disaster it was. Teachers found out why this was happening though. The cause was that someone had put some sort of poison in the punch. This caused the night to come to an end and everyone went home.  They didn't want to cancel this years dance as its tradition at this High School in Dawn Bridge Town. 

These six students Aimee, Sophie, Molly, Ella, Tom and Noah got an invitation saying "Come and join us at the Halloween dance on the 31st of October at 8pm! The address is..." The address wasn't at the school though. In fact it was an unknown address. None of the six students knew where it was. They didn't want question it though. 

Aimee and Sophie are best friends. They do everything together. Aimee is THE popular girl at school and is all about social media as she loves taking selfies and posting them online. She's the girl all the boys fancy. I mean she is a very glamourous blonde girl with gorgeous hazel eyes and a strong American accent. She likes to wear mini skirts, crop tops and bows in her hair. Preferably mostly pink as pink is her all time favourite colour.  Aimee is a cheerleader or should I say Head Cheerleader. She is a hugely talented girl though.  Her best friend, Sophie, is a little less popular but it also a cheerleader. Sophie is a classy brunet. She has stunning blue eyes and is quiet short. She has similar taste in fashion as Aimee as they always wear the same clothes, just different patterns and colours. One time Sophie wore the exact same outfit as Aimee did and because Aimee didn't appreciate it, she ignored Sophie all day and left her on her own. Sophie, otherwise, doesn't have any other close friends to 'hang out' with. 

Aimee's and Sophie's lockers are next to each other so when the both opened them, the invitation to the school dance fell out at the same time. They both picked them up and read it. They gave each other a concerned look. 

"Why is it not at school?" questioned Sophie.

"I'm not sure but I think its a good idea to have it outside of the school, you know, cause of last year" Aimee stated.

As they both questioned it, they came to an agreement just to accept it wasn't at the school and went on about their school day. 

Molly's locker was down the hall from Sophie and Aimee's and she was watching them as they read the invitation. Molly read hers in her mind but didn't examine where the dance was being held. Instead she just put the invitation in her bag and forgot all about it. Molly is a bright, intelligent girl who loves to read. She also does singing classes in her spare time. She is a red head with green eyes. Molly doesn't like to wear much makeup though as she likes to show of her natural beauty. 

As for Ella, she was desperate to go to the dance. She loved the Halloween dance ever since she first went a few years ago. Ella is a very pleasant girl who loves animals. She owns a horse and enjoys going horse riding with her older sister.  She lives in a small farm house with her sister and mother. Her mother works full time as a nurse so her sister used to take care of her when she was younger. Ella is a blonde girl with blue eyes and is ambitious. She also loves to show off her skills but not too much to make others 'jealous'.
