Another car came along and this time it was Noah. As the four who had already arrive at this devastating place, Noah got out of his car and joined them.
"Oh my god. Noah!" Aimee yelled with enthusiasm.
"Wassup. So uh what's going on here?" Noah inquired.
The others told him that they are not sure of what's going on. Just that the invitation they all received led them to this place out in the sticks.
Molly arrived, she got out her car in a costume which looked to be Annabelle. She had platted hair with red bows at the bottom, a white dress with long sleeves and a red bit of ribbon around her waist with a bow in the middle. Molly walked up to the others in question. She looked around at this wretched house, with a puzzled look on her face, then turned back to face the others again.
As the rest arrived, Tom was worried about his date. Checking his phone, he noticed he had no signal to get in contact with Sandra. At the dance, Sandra tried messaging and calling Tom but as there was no answer, she thought he stood her up. She asked a few people around, including teachers, to see if anyone knew where he was. All she got was 'I don't know'.
"Let's have a look inside this place. Who knows what we can find!" Noah indicated.
"No. Its grim." Aimee shot back.
Noah started to walk up through the tall grass to the front door, or what was left of it at least. Turning around to face the others, Noah made a gesture for the others to follow him in. Noah opened the door which made a slight creaking noise, he allowed himself in and the others followed behind. The door had shut behind Tom, who was last in the house, and made a loud bang. Inside this house, it was dull, freaky and it smelled terrible, as if someone died. All looking around this peculiar house, Ella noticed it has a basement. She rattled the door and it flung open leading to some stairs which then lead to pitch black. There was a light switch on the wall near the door. Ella was pressing it but no such luck.
"Hey guys look at this." Ella called.
"I am not going down there." Sophie gasped.
"It's not that bad. Just use the flashlight on your phone. You will be fine. Look, ill go first." Noah claimed.
Turning his flashlight on, Noah proceeded to enter the basement. Going down the tight staircase, he managed to make it to the bottom. At the end of the staircase was a little room with bare concrete walls with a concrete floor. Perfect to trap someone in there.
"Come on down guys!" Noah yelled.
As they all pilled down into the basement, the door shut behind them yet again. Molly found something under the staircase. It was a book. An old, dusty book which looked as though it had been there for years. Molly picked up the book and blew the dust off it.
"Look guys, look what I found. Inside it is all pictures of a young girl... I'm not sure who she is" Ella said.
They all huddled around Ella looking inside this weak book. Every turn of the book, it made a crunching sound with the pictures that were glued inside.
"She looks familiar but I don't know where she's from." Molly announced.
After looking through this book, Ella put it back where she found it. Suddenly loud, heavy footsteps were heard walking coming from above the basement. The room was silent as the six listened to them. The booming footsteps finally went away but the six did not want to leave this basement.
"Ummm who was that?" Aimee was uncomfortable.
"I don't know? Maybe someone else was invited here but shown up late?" Molly replied.
