A sharp gasp escaped past Murphy's lips as her eyes flew open, her eyes frantically glancing around her, her body relaxing a little as she took in her surroundings, but as soon as her body relaxed, she realized that Tristan was gone.
He had left her behind. She gritted her teeth as she sat up a bit more, noticing the blue flower in her hand, and she frowned, Tristan probably thought she was dead,
At the moment, the pain made her wish she was dead. Her leg felt like it was on fire. It made her feel like she was on fire.
She let out a small whimper as she forced herself to stand up. She leaned against the tree for support. She placed the flower in her pocket.
She didn't know how long she was unconscious for, but what she did know was that the camp wasn't so far from where she was.
She clenched her jaw before pushing herself away from the tree that was helping her support herself, and she took a step forward only for her to fall.
A small sob escaped her, and she took a deep, shaky breath, and she forced herself to stand again, "..fuck.."
"..you can do this.." she whispered to herself, taking small steps, "..just keep going."
Murphy took a couple of more steps before her knees buckled, causing her to fall again. She took a deep breath, pulling herself up. She leaned against a tree for a minute to catch her breath,
"..you have to keep going.." she continued walking just for a few more minutes before her body couldn't go any further,
She lay on the ground on her back, staring at the sky. This was how she was going to die, and it was all her fault. She should've just stayed back in the drop ship. Maybe then she wouldn't be dying in some woods,
She should've listened to Clarke and eaten when she had the chance. Maybe then she would have enough strength to keep going.
Maybe, just maybe if she didn't care about the grounders, then everything would be different.
"..you deserve this.." A voice in the back of her head told her, sounding so much like her mother, for a minute she liked to think it wasn't her mother's voice but her own,
She used to repeat her mother's words in her head every time her mother said, "You deserve this."This is your fault."
"Why couldn't you die instead of your father. He was precious, and you are nothing!"
Her mother was right. She should've died instead of her father. It was her fault he died. If she just didn't get sick, then her father wouldn't have stolen medicine and get floated for it.
She deserved every single hit her mother gave her because it was her fault the love of her mother's life was dead.
Murphy closed her eyes as she took a deep breath before she opened her eyes.
She held back a groan of pain as she forced her exhausted body to stand up.
".. Jasper and Monty.." she mumbled under her breath. She kept mumbling their names under her breath as a way to keep her going.
She needed to keep going for Jasper and Monty.

Bellamy impatiently waited for Marcus Kane, Abby Griffin, and a few guards to come back from searching the camp.
A few seconds had passed, and he couldn't wait anymore. He moved forward, running towards the camp, ignoring Finn calling out for him to wait.
Bellamy ran towards the drop ship. He pushed the flap to the side, breathing heavily as he saw Abby kneeling beside someone.
He took a step closer before rushing over, dropping to his knees beside Abby, breathing out a small, "Murphy?"
Murphy lay in front of Abby. Her skin was pale, too pale, Bellamy noticed the familiar goggles on her head, her eyes cracked open a little, her dark blue eyes meeting Bellamy's, "..you look like shit, Bellamy."
Bellamy let out a small laugh, his eyes full of worry, "me? I'm not the one who looks half dead.""What happened here? Where are the others?" Abby questioned, worried for her daughter, Clarke.
"I don't know.."Murphy mumbled, shaking her head a little, "I wasn't here.. barely even made it back."
"We'll find them." Bellamy spoke, his eyes never leaving Murphy's. He slid his hand into hers, giving her hand a ressuring squeeze, "I promise you, we'll find them."
Murphy tightly held his hand back before her hand went limp against his, her eyes closing, her head titling to the side a bit, "Murphy?"
"It's okay, she's alright," Abby reassured Bellamy, "She's just unconscious."
Bellamy moved a piece of stray hair from Murphy's face almost in a ghost touch, her skin feeling warm, a small tint of redness in her cheeks, her breathing was soft and slow
"..is she dying?" Bellamy quickly asked, never taking his eyes away from Murphy. Afraid that if he took his eyes away from her, she would disappear.
"We need to take her back to the alpha station." Abby said instead of answering Bellamy's question
Bellamy stood up, letting two guards put Murphy on a stretcher, and he followed them as they took her out of the drop ship.
"Murphy?" Finn took a step forward but stopped himself, letting the guards pass with Murphy. He looked at Bellamy, "Is she?"
"Alive, but she's sick." Bellamy replied in a small voice, worried about Murphy.
"She'll be alright, "Finn told him, "Murphy always just somehow is."
Finn remembered that Murphy immune system was complete shit, her words, not his, she would often get sick in the skybox, but she always gets better after a few days, Finn hoped Murphy would get better soon.
"I hope so." Bellamy mumbled under his breath before heading to follow the guards that had Murphy.
Finn watched as Bellamy walked away, a deep frown on his face. Raven and Clarke were missing, and Murphy was on the verge of dying.
He needed Murphy to get better, and he needed to find Clarke and Raven.
Finn walked over to Bellamy, walking beside him, "We need to find the others."
Bellamy barely even glanced at him, keeping his eyes on the guards, making sure they didn't hurt Murphy any further. "We don't even know who took them."
"Yeah, we do. The grounders took them." Finn replied, sounding convinced that the grounders took the others.
Bellamy wasn't so sure it was the grounder, but his worry for Murphy was clouding his judgment at the moment.
He nodded his head, "We'll get them back."
