"shadow?" I called out. Shadow ran over and threw me into another rock. "jeez. A little warning?" I joked, he growled. I tried to fly towards him but my tail was stuck. "shit!" I hissed, struggling to free myself. "hey! Guy that looks like shadow can we put this on pause?" I asked, he launched himself at me. I closed my eyes but he didn't punch me. Just the rock trapping me. I blinked confused. "Thanks." I said.
"Don't mention it, Y/N" he said, making rethink who this is.
"Shadow? It's you!" I cried, hugging him. He pushed me away forcefully. "So why are you here? Why aren't you with Sonic and I?" I asked making him shot a portal a look.
"I don't know. If it was just Sonic I think I could figure it out but you being here makes no sense." he explained, I looked around.
"Have you tried doing every portal?" I asked.
"Yes, however only 1 let me in." he answered, pointing to the yellow portal. "watch out!" he called out, I looked over and saw Sonic coming right towards me. I tried to get out of the way but Sonic hit me dragging me with him to the blue portal.
