At 25 Lydia Dies in a car crash and is given a second chance. Will she find out who she really is on her own? Or will Beetlejuice tell her? How will she cope with it?
Lydia was in a new body and was going by the name of Olivia Maxwell. She was going to collage now and was thinking about getting a house for herself since her father was going to help her out getting it. She gets on her laptop and starts searching the net for houses that were fixer uppers.
She is looking for a good hour and finally something catches her eye a big white house on top of a hill in a place called Winter River. "Huh...that's an interesting house and they only want 25000 for it. Holy cow..." she calls the relator right away and tells her she like to come see it right away and the lady agrees.

Beetlejuice was sitting on one of the shinker's desks having the relay his price and what he'd do for the newly deads on the other end of the line to get the breathers out of their house. He had an ever-present cigarette and was smoking it while he talked. He had pretty much started chain smoking since Lydia had died and he supposed it was a good thing he was already dead.

Olivia drives from New York all the way to Winter River and meets up with the relator "You must be Ms. Maxwell, Come let me show you around." she tells her.
Olivia follows her around the outside and then inside "This is the kitchen and in there is the living area...through there is the dining area."
Olivia looks around feeling at home already "Wow, this place is great, I mean it does need some tlc but I think it'll be fun."
The relator smiles "Will you take it?" she asks, feeling eager to make a sale on a well-known haunted house.
"I think I will take it." she smiles.
The relator is thrilled "Here's the key that opens any door in the house."
"Thanks!" Olivia says excitedly.

Meanwhile in the Neitherworld... Bob comes running into the office again with a folder "Good news!"
Beetlejuice looks up from the paperwork he was reading with his ever-present glasses on his nose and cigarette dangling from his lips. He rumbled, "What, Bob?"
Bob takes out the photo out of the folder and sits it on his desk for him to look at "She's in Winter River." (pic)

Beetlejuice dropped his cigarette and looked up at the picture Bob showed him, "Holy SHIT! Winter River? Not the old Maitland place?"
"Yup...somehow she found her way back. She just bought it. Her name is Olivia now. Just started in collage but moved back to that house." Bob explains.
Beetlejuice said, "I need to know if she sees the dead. Are those two dead beats still there?"
"Nah they moved on ages ago. No ghosts to be seen anymore. Not sure if she can see you."
