Chapter 6

📍MADRID, SPAIN🇪🇸

~Tory's POV~

I woke up in my usual surroundings, nestled in my soft bed with silk bedsheets, wearing my pink silk pajamas. My mind was still lingering on yesterday and my conversation with Jude. Reaching for my phone, I started scrolling through social media, then checked my agenda. I had a shoot scheduled for later in the afternoon with Victoria's Secret, who were launching a new lingerie set. They wanted me to be the cover of the advert, and while it was an exciting opportunity, I wasn't sure how I felt about being half-naked in front of a photographer and strangers. That's why I specifically requested a female photographer. I hadn't met her yet, but I was excited because I'd heard she was the best in the country.

I finally got up and headed to the bathroom, playing some music as I brushed my teeth, singing loudly. After a warm shower, I dressed in a cute outfit— a miniskirt, a white crop top, a black leather jacket, and some sneakers. As I started on my makeup, I called Camila and set my phone against my vanity. We were already planning our next trip, trying to avoid involving our managers.

"Tory, what happened after you followed him back?" Camila asked, already fishing for details. She always wanted to know the TEAAA.

"He kind of asked me on a date," I said while blending my concealer.

"AND WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" she practically shouted.

"Of course, I said yes! Who would be crazy enough to deny that offer?" I responded, laughing.

We were planning to meet in the city to hang out before my shoot, and Camila also wanted to get a Real Madrid T-shirt for the upcoming game. I wasn't sure if I would go, but she had been nagging me about it, so I would see. We said our goodbyes and hung up. That's when I noticed I had a text from Jude.

Jude Bellingham

Hey, what are you up to this week?

Not much, just a few shoots and probably hanging out with Camila.

Are you busy Friday night?

No, why?

Would you like to have dinner with me?

Uhm, will there be paparazzi?

We can go somewhere private if that makes you comfortable.

Yeah, that sounds nice.

Friday, 8 o'clock then?

Yes, it's a date! See you on Friday 💋
*liked your message*

I was blushing so hard behind my screen. I couldn't believe I had agreed to go out with him, although I was still a bit skeptical. I didn't want paparazzi snapping pictures of us and posting them everywhere. It wasn't serious yet, but the media always twisted things to look romantic. This was one of the reasons I hated being in the public eye.

I grabbed my bag and left my house, taking an  Uber to the city center to meet Camila at a cute café. We hugged and went inside. "Una mesa para dos personas," I said to the waiter. Camila looked at me, shocked, as I grinned. "My Spanish is getting better!" I squealed. Camila laughed; she knew the only Spanish I'd mastered were curse words. We sat at a table in the corner of the café, peaceful and cozy. We ordered pastries and iced coffee, and while waiting, I told Camila about Jude asking me to dinner on Friday. She squealed so loudly that everyone in the café looked at us, THE EMBARRASSMENT. I rolled my eyes just as our food arrived.

"So, what are you going to wear? We need to go shopping," she asked, excitedly.

"There's no need for that! I already have too many clothes, and I keep receiving more from companies. My closet is overflowing!" I groaned. "But I do have this sexy black dress I got from OhPolly," I added.

"It better be cute, or else I'm buying you a dress. But can we go to the Real Madrid store after this?" she asked.

"Sure," I said.

After walking around for half an hour, we visited the Real Madrid store. Camila bought their home kit T-shirt with Rodrygo's name and number on the back. We then found ourselves in a quieter part of town and stumbled upon a cute little flower shop.

While Camila admired tulips outside, I searched for a small aloe vera plant for my apartment, needing more greenery. As I searched, I heard a familiar voice. I looked outside and saw Camila talking to a man. I didn't recognize him at first, so I stepped out to see Jude.

"Hey Jude, I didn't expect to see you here!" I said, surprised.

"Yeah, I was just picking up some flowers for my mum. I like to treat her sometimes," he replied with a smile.

We stood face-to-face, and I saw Camila grinning out of the corner of my eye. She then chimed in, "I'll be at your game on Sunday! I even bought a shirt." Jude looked surprised; I don't think he expected her to be a football fan.

"Which number's on the shirt?" he asked.

"Number 11," she said proudly.

"Wow, not even number 5? I'm offended," he joked, and we all laughed.

"See you Sunday, then. Tory, are you coming too?" he asked.

"I don't know... I'll think about it," I replied.

"Please come and watch me play," he insisted, his eyes full of hope. I couldn't say no. I glanced at Camila, who nodded enthusiastically, so I said yes. Jude then paid for his flowers and asked for my number before leaving. Camilla and I squealed and jumped up and down.

After parting ways with Camila, I headed to my shoot. Throughout the session, I couldn't stop thinking about Jude. Now, I felt like I had to get a shirt for the game too. I wasn't sure where things were headed, but I was happy he asked, and I guess I'd just have to wait and see.
