Naomi and Satsuki arrived at training ground seven and saw that Keara and Hinata was already there as both Uchiha's took a sit next to their friends as they began waiting for Kakashi and Rin
Kakashi-sensei is late again," Satsuki remarked, her arms crossed. She was always quick to express her annoyance, and today was no exception. "He better not make us wait long. I want to show him what we can do!"
Fighting each other might not be the best way to pass the test," Hinata chimed in softly, her lavender eyes scanning the training ground for any signs of their instructor. "We should focus on working together."
Keara, studying the ground thoughtfully, finally spoke up. "This is a bell test, right? We need to be strategic. If Kakashi-sensei and Rin-sensei are testing us, they'll be watching our tactics." Her voice was calm, a steady murmur amongst the rising tension.
Just then, a figure appeared in a puff of smoke, flipping gracefully to land on a branch above them. Kakashi Hatake, with his trademark mask and nonchalant attitude, looked down at the girls with his one visible eye narrowed in amusement.
Sorry I'm late! I got lost on the path of life," Kakashi said, earning a collective eye roll from the four kunoichi.
Standing beside him was Rin Nohara, her cheerful nature a comforting contrast to Kakashi's aloofness. "Let's get started, shall we?" she smiled, holding up two bells tied to her waist. "Your goal is to get these bells from us. If you don't get one by the end of the test... you'll have to go without lunch!"
Naomi grinned, her fingers sparking with excitement as she felt the surge of Lava Manipulation powers bubbling within her. "We won't let that happen! Are you ready, team?"
Always," Satsuki declared, her eyes firm with conviction. Hinata nodded, while Keara took a deep breath to steady herself.
Alright! Let's go!" Naomi shouted, charging forward with a burst of energy as she unleashed the offensive capabilities of her Lava Manipulation powers.
The ground beneath her feet began to crackle with heat, molten orange and red bubbling forth. "Magma Cannon" Naomi cried, sending a large projectile of lava from her mouth toward Kakashi and Rin, who quickly dodged, their movements trained and precise.
As the ground sizzled, Hinata activated her Byakugan, spotting the slight movements of Kakashi as he maneuvered past the lava. "Keara! Set up your poison traps by their landing spots!" she called out.
Keara nodded and swiftly stretched her hands, drawing a series of small vials containing vibrant green and purple liquids. She scattered them discreetly around the perimeter as she whispered incantations that would imbue the area with her deadly concoctions.
Satsuki, cover me!" Keara said, her heart racing as she prepared the traps.
With a flick of her wrist, Satsuki unleashed a flurry of kunai, keeping Kakashi on the defensive. "Come on, Kakashi! We won't let you take the easy way out!"
Kakashi dodged expertly but saw the traps laid out by Keara in the process. He smirked, impressed with their strategic thinking. "Looks like you're taking this seriously!"
Rin, however, had her own plans. "Let's see how you handle this." She leaped into action, performing hand signs rapidly before casting a water jutsu that erupted into a wall, shielding her from the lava while splitting it. With a swift motion, she sent the water flowing forward, attempting to catch the girls off guard.
With their attention split, Kakashi saw an opening and sprung toward the bells. "Not so fast!" Naruto shouted, encasing her fists in lava and charging forward to intercept him.
"Lava Release: Lava Wave!" Naomi yelled, sending a wave of molten chakra toward him.
Just as the hot surge moved, Kakashi flicked his wrist, using a substitution jutsu to escape, reappearing behind them with a bell in his grasp.
"Focus!" Kakashi called out, but Satsuki was ready.
She activated her Sharingan, sensing his intentions, and rushed toward Kakashi with precision strikes, using her agility to close in. "I won't let you get away!"
But Kakashi was elusive, smoothly dodging her strikes. In the meantime, Hinata used her Byakugan to identify a momentary lapse in his defenses and gestured to Naomi. "Now!"
At that moment, Keara pulled a vial full of her swirling poison and hurled it toward Kakashi, forcing him to close his eyes and stagger back. As he did, Naomi and Satsuki combined their efforts, with Hinata shadowing them, allowing Naomi to burst forward to swipe at the bells.
Kakashi had little time to react as he felt his instincts push him to dodge. Yet, it was too late. Naomi grasped the bells tightly, delivering the triumphant shout, "Got them!"
The remaining bells began to jingle, and with a final move, Kakashi nodded, a grin spreading beneath his mask. "Well done, you four! You worked together. That's what I wanted to see."
Rin cheered, clapping her hands. "You did great!"
As the tension lifted and laughter echoed across the training ground, Naruto and her friends felt a rush of accomplishment. They had passed their first test together — and it was just the beginning of their journey as shinobi in a world filled with challenges and adventures ahead.
"Who's ready for lunch?" Naomi exclaimed, her spirits soaring high.
And with that, the bonds of friendship and teamwork were solidified, setting the stage for all that was yet to come.
