A tiny boat is approaching another one, the tiny one stops, and someone gets out of it and starts to scale the side of the boat. They get to the top and make sure no one is around, and they head to the captain's quarter's, the light reveals hat it's a man with black hair, a black cloak, and a hook for a hand. The man slowly and quietly enters the room, and sees the crib with a tiny baby laying inside of it. He quickly picks her up, and leaves the room as fast and quietly as he can. The man makes it back to his tiny boat and lays the baby down and quickly starts rowing away. Once the man gets far enough away to where he can barely see the boat he looks down at the sleeping baby girl. Sorry little one, but you're the only way I can get my revenge on your father. With you gone he will go crazy, searching the sea, starting fights, and will end up getting himself killed, and I wouldn't even have to lift a finger. The tiny boat makes it back to another ship, ahhh we've made it to the jolly Roger, the man says. The man picks up the baby and climbs up the latter that his crew threw down for him. He makes it to the top and everyone seems shocked to see he's holding a baby in his arms. Uhh captain why do you have a little ole baby, one of the crew members ask. The man smirks, revenge, revenge on captain teague, he says wickedly. The men all smirk, this is teague's daughter as in the teague sparrow, one asks. The man nods, yes smee it is. The man looks around at everyone, this is the day that we get our revenge for what teague has done to us, everyone gives a shout of agreement. The man lays the baby on his bed, and leaves her there. It's been about six hours and the baby woke up 4 hours ago and won't stop crying. Captain is there anything you can do to calm the lase down, she won't be quiet one of them asks. The man sighs, and goes to his room and picks up the baby, she looks up at him still crying softly. Shhhh, shhhh calm down, I won't hurt you I only want to hurt your father. The baby calms down a little bit, and looks up at the man. The man's heart melts a little, he sighs I'm captain hook, your father, betrayed me and my men and nearly had all of us killed, half of us didn't make it and I swore revenge on your father. The baby stares up at him silently looking into his eyes, and lets a couple tears fall, almost like she's begging him not to do it. He starts to feel guilt swell up in his chest, but he quickly shakes his head and stands up with the baby in his arms, and walks out to his crew. He takes the baby to his crew and gives her to one of the men, you watch her until we make port, he says to the men. Hook goes to the top deck, and starts sailing the boat. It's been an hour since hook gave the baby girl to the crew to watch, and she has managed to steal the hearts of them all. Come on captain, she's just a baby why can't we keep her, because if teague found out we were the ones to take his daughter, we would be dead for sure, and it's too dangerous for her, hook says. The crew all sighs, sad that they can't keep her. What's her name anyways captain, Mr. Smee asks. It melody sparrow, hook answers. Melody, a beautiful name for an even more beautiful baby, smee says. Hook nods, and continues to sail the boat. It's the next morning and they have finally made port in Tortuga, where hook plans to get the magic bean he bought off an old lady, and send little melody into a portal to who knows where. Hook came back with the bean and picked up baby melody. He throws the bean into the water, wishing for her to land somewhere safe. He holds baby melody out and whispers I'm sorry, and sticks a paper with her name in her blanket that she's swaddled in. He throws her into the portal, and him and his men watch as crying melody falls into the portal disappearing from sight. Tears fall down each of their faces even hooks. Hook wipes his tears and yells for everyone to get back to work. They sail away, their hearts heavy, and their newfound light gone.
Even though melody was with them for only a day she stole everyone's heart.
