Here's day one! Silas from our bird junk! He's MTC's character but I still love him!

The young avian tried once again to fly his yellow and black wings flapped in the of the simulator. He looked up at his friend right beside him, a person he considered his brother. The finch held back a laugh as Squire fell flat on his face and the scientist who cared for him had to help him up.

"Oh shut it" Squire laughed as he got up. "At least my feet have gotten off the ground, scaredy cat."

"No fair! Your wings are bigger." the finch responded, sticking out his tongue. The humans watching the two sighed.

"Alright one more try and well call it for today" one of the scientist sighed "in the wild Avians would have learned some form of flight by the time they could walk you two are five and can bareilly glide"

"Aren't we like... the best off out of the rest of the Avians our age?" Squire asked as he walked up to the simulator again.

"In case you haven't noticed, we're trying to bring back the wild population. We're trying to get Avinas back to the way they were in the wild."

"Didn't Avians in the wild terrorize humans?" Silas asked as he tried flapping his wings... though he didn't end up getting off the ground.

"That... is true... but also part of the reason we're raising you guys with humans..." Squires scientist said.

"The only reason they were aggressive is because some stupid humans thought it would be a nice cheap way to get feathers for clothing. Despite a lot of Avians already helping that cause by selling feathers they have lost to humans."

"Flight class has now turned into history yay!" Silas smiled. Although while he was distracted he was swept off his feet and yelped as he hit the floor.

The Kite next to him laughed but soon hit the floor. The scientists watched them with a sigh.

"Alright I think that's enough flight training for today. You two can go now." one of the scientists sighed as they turned off the wind. Squires' caretaker walked in and picked up the two.

"Are you guys ready for lunch?" He asked as they started walking out of the simulator room and into the large cafeteria. Silas looked around the empty room... they didn't think that it had ever been full before... Avians were rare to find, especially wild ones. There were a few that lived in captivity like they did. Getting trained hoping to be able to get them out of the endangered category and into the safe.

"So what do you two want? I think they added like six more options." He said as he looked over the menu. A few voices echoed through the cafeteria as the three of them stood in the line. One of the caretakers waved at them carrying one of the female Avians.

"Hey how are you guys?" the caretaker asked as they walked up to them carrying the blue Avian in their arms.
