Jack watched as the small baking session turned into a disaster how the heck did this go from making a sandwich to a nuclear explosion?
"I think it's safe to say we're never and I mean never letting this man near a kitchen again." He sighed as they walked out.
"What do you expect me to do? Order food for my whole life? I don't know about you but I don't plan on dying anytime soon." The hero scoffed.
"You will die in less than a day if you're let back in there." Jack scoffed as they wiped the... well they didn't know exactly what I was, off of their suit.
"Then how am I meant to eat?" He asked, moving in front of him.
"You're rich by a maid." Sophie scoffed.
"What time period are you living in that ILLEGAL!"
"No slaves are illegal slaves are people who don't get paid and have to live with you. A maid is someone who comes to your house, cleans it up, makes some food, and collects their paycheck. My moms a maid." She said listing things that she was always complaining about.
"Oh... is your mom up for hire?"
"You wish."
"I may be wrong but I don't think either of our families are going to want anything to do with you once we're done with this whole thing... except maybe my sister but she's weird." Jack shrugged. "I also don't think that Sophie's parents want her to have any connection to the people who she can't even look at unless something VERY VERY specific was happening."
"That is very true." She pointed out raising her sunglasses a bit.
"You guys are no fun whatsoever." The former hero scoffed but didn't protest further looking at Sophie as they traveled somewhere away from public eyes.
"Pandora can't you just pick something and let it stick?" Sophie sighed leaning on an alley wall.
"I don't think Padora likes me very much."
"Pandora at least pandora can make up his mind about out.... They have one form of me that's amazing and like a child and another form that's a LITERAL DEMON!"
"....yeah that does suck." he shrugged.
"At least Pandora can duplicate you guys.. Your existence didn't cause your entire universe to become an experiment." the girl sighed.
"Could be worse, you could be endlessly abused like the others." Jack shrugged.

"You found out that it wasn't a curse that you weren't made that way, that it wasn't an accident. I would be pretty happy if I were you. I'm not gonna lie..." the hero smiled as they looked at her. She sighed and sat down while they waited for Pandora to make the portal for them to travel through.
"I still don't like it."
"Hey I'm still alive aren't i? That wouldn't happen if you weren't able to see what to do."

"And if I was dead then the entire world would be destroyed, you saving me, saved everything."
