I try to focus on dusting the shelves and fluffing the pillows as the sun started to set and the sky turned a deep shade of orange, I heard the familiar rumble of William's truck pulling into the driveway. I could feel my heart quicken with anticipation as I heard the engine cut off and the sound of his heavy boots hitting the pavement. I couldn't resist the urge to peek out from behind the window shade, my heart racing with excitement.

There he was, walking up the driveway with purpose, his broad shoulders and confident stride making my pulse quicken. He was a handsome man, with a rugged exterior that hid a tender heart. His piercing eyes held a depth and intensity that never failed to draw me in. What could I say, the man had an effect on me, even after all these years.

As he reached the door, I could feel my emotions bubbling to the surface. The anticipation, the longing, the love, all swirling reclaimed me inside me as I waited for him to enter. I hear the front door open, and I quickly put away the cleaning supplies, rub the sweat off my forehead, brush off my clothes, and adapt an aura that says, "Welcome Home".

William walked into the living room with his toolbelt in hand. He looked tired, but he managed to smile when he saw me, and it was like the world stopped spinning and all that mattered was him. I couldn't help but smile as I watched him take off his boots and hang up his coat, his movements confident and purposeful. He was a man of action, a man of few words, but his actions spoke volumes.

My heart swelled as I watched him make his way towards me, his eyes meeting mine with a warmth that made my knees weak. At that moment, I really felt like no matter what, he was my everything.

"Hey, babe," he says.

As the man I adored strode towards me, all the negative thoughts and doubts that had plagued me throughout the day vanished into thin air. In that moment, my heart raced with anticipation, my skin tingled with excitement, and my breath caught in my throat. His piercing gaze seemed to see right through me, igniting a fire within me that I couldn't resist. Despite my initial intention to confront him with anger, confusion, and demand for distance due to his cold demeanor, I found myself unable to resist the pull towards him. He was like a magnet, drawing me closer and closer until nothing else mattered except his presence. This moment was too perfect to be tainted by negativity, so I let go of all my fears and doubts and just let myself be consumed by his presence.

As he reached out to me, I could feel my body responding to his touch, my muscles tensing with desire and my heart pounding with love. He was my everything, my reason for living, and in that moment, I knew I would do anything for him. So instead of pushing him away, I mustered up all the love I had left for my husband and rushed towards him, wrapping my legs around his waist and showering him with the pent-up passion within me. He reciprocated with equal fervor, his hands roaming over my body, igniting every nerve and sending shivers throughout every fiber of my being.

As our lips met in a fierce, passionate kiss, I could feel my heart overflowing with love and desire. Right then and there, I felt that no matter what challenges we faced, our love would always conquer all. In his arms, I felt safe, loved, and desired. He was my everything, and I was his.

William's tantalizing tongue traced its way from my lips to my neck, igniting a fiery desire within me. His hands roamed over my body, igniting sparks with each touch.

I moaned as he lowered me down in front of the crackling fire, never breaking our intense gaze. "I miss this," William breathed, brushing a strand of hair from my face.

My heart ached with longing, but I couldn't find the words to express it. I simply gazed back into his eyes and whispered that I had missed him too, my true feelings laid bare. William's hands moved with a predatory grace, tracing the delicate lace of my robe as he pulled it open, baring my silk-clad body to the cool air. My skin prickled with goosebumps as his gaze roamed over every inch of me, his intense eyes taking in the curves and contours of my figure. The black fabric clung to me like a second skin, accentuating every curve and leaving little to the imagination. I could feel the heat rising in my cheeks as his fingers trailed down the smooth fabric, stopping just above the hem of my teddy.
