"Do you think that will really work? What if they have a weight capacity of only one person because whoever installed it has to know our weights and everything because in order to drag us up here unharmed, they must have installed it afterwards" I tell him before he leans against the wall.

"But who says it's not an activated thing like there is a button behind it or something like that?" I hear Seungmin groan after a few seconds of our talking back and forth.

"Are you two chicken shit or are you going to make me wait until I'm 80,I haven't even got off work today either, just come on" But from the sounds of the killer over the intercom,it almost makes it sound like we'll be here for a couple of days...or worse case scenario longer...or not at all.

"Seungmin, don't you realize that let's say if they get two down there, they could trap the last person and then what? Who knows what would happen" Hyunjin says before leaning against the wall. Hyunjin walks down a step "Anything heavy and something else light up there Yongbok? Trust me,I won't get hurt" Hyunjin looks me in the eyes encouraging me before I look around the bleak empty stairway.

My eyes land on a red fire extinguisher as I nod picking it up. "Try the light object first" I suggest as I throw my shoe down to the step he's on as spikes quickly shoot up from the stairs. Hyunjin jumps on the railing sitting on it.

"Hwang, are you an idiot? We're trained to deal with serial killers but your ass is more likely to fall and kill yourself before their games even begin" My blood drains from my face as I hear what Seungmin is implying,I really should have thought about it,this would be too much of a fancy set up for it to be someone who is doing this for the first time. We're all going to die here aren't we?

Hyunjin watches my face as I sit down near the floor as the lights begin to flicker off and on in an eerie way as the sound of the object clicks like a lock when it hits the bottom of the stairs. I immediately sit down on the ground with my knees drawn to my chest. I still remember it as if it was yesterday, the flickering buzzing light, the almost complete darkness,it all seems too real, too here.

I rattle the locked shed door "Please someone let me out,I'll do anything else just not that." I beg as I crumple down on the floor as there's no way out "Please" I begin to cry as it becomes dark, there's no way out and I know it,and if father has to come back in here and I still say no,I'll get slapped again and thrown back in here.

There's no way I can get people addicted on drugs or make them believe that I'm a lost boy.I've seen the way it does to my uncle,it makes her hysterical and out of her mind. I don't want to force people to get hooked on this when I know it's going to ruin the rest of their lives.

The door finally opens but my heart drops as I see who I feared most standing in the entrance of the door. Father drops down to look me in the eyes "Are you going to be a good boy Yongbok? Are you going to help your parents?" His voice was low and somber like

"P-please don't make me do that,I'll clean,I'll do anything else but I don't want to be involved in the family business" We know better than saying the drug dealing business because it would get us hurt worse,we aren't supposed to know what they are yet but Jinyoung protects me and make sure I know what they're talking about so I don't get lured in like he did.

"So you still haven't learned your lesson huh son?" He takes off his belt wadding it up in his hand "I'll give you one last chance,do you want to help your parents?" His voice was grave and I would rather dig my grave than to give in.

"N-No" Father smacks the belt across my face causing the tears to bounce off my face and my ears to seemingly ring. I don't dare to whine about pain in front of him but when the door slammed shut and I hear the familiar click of the lock sound that's when I let the sting of the belt come to me.
