As the door opens,we see an obstacle of three different 'games',one with a bullseye target and knives,the next is a table with two drinks,and the last is a stack of syringes on a bed. "Fucking hell" Hyunjin mutters before looking over at me "You will not touch those needles,I don't want you to go through that"

I look at the clock that is placed in the room, it reads 1 AM now which means at one point and time, but there's no way I can think about that when we could die. "First things first,Felix,get in front of the target" Hyunjin's eyes flash in fear before I walk in front of the board now facing Hyunjin.

"Hwang,pick up the knives,you have three shots to aim it at Lee's head. If you don't,you will be punished" He'll be punished how? So he wants me to be the first one to die huh? Maybe I wasn't cut out to survive anyways, maybe I was just too weak to deal with this all.

"Felix" Hyunjin's voice snaps me out of the dark spiral my mind is going down. Hyunjin walks closer as he pulls a knife from the block in front of me. Hyunjin looks me straight in the eyes "trust me okay? Look into my eyes and not at the knife in my hand,don't give that whiny bitch what he wants,signs of fear."

Hyunjin's right, I just need to breathe and trust him.I know that we don't know each other well but me and him have already been through a lot,trials that include trust and bring us closer together. Hyunjin takes the first knife, throwing it as it barely misses my ear as it hits it with a thud. Hyunjin smirks a bit before nodding.

He was intending on missing,I could almost drop down to my knees in fear and relief but at the same time I know it's not the time to let my guard down or relax. Hyunjin looks around before walking over to me grabbing the knife from the wall slipping it into my pocket "We'll need it but also when I say 3,duck" He whispers before walking back again

My heart races even more as my eyes remain on Hyunjin's one blue and one dark brown eyes "One two ... three" I quickly duck down as the knife hits where my head should have been. Hyunjin smiles a bit before mouthing 'good job' to me

Hyunjin then throws the last knife on the other side of my head "aww what's wrong detective Hwang? Couldn't kill someone? Perhaps it's because someone has a dirty secret that caused you to switch professions"

"Yah,you just need to shut that fucking mouth, I became a detective because I wanted to not because I have some sin that you think I have. Everyone has bones in their backyard but if you don't watch it,when I find you,I will bury you alive" Hyunjin warns the eerie voice as he has anger written on his face,something that you would normally never see on him.

"Oh ho ho,you're just ticking time away,I guess it's time to drink up or see if you can get the key to the button on the wall through that pile of syringes"

This is a choice of choosing between sharks and hungry lions that haven't eaten in a while "Jeez I think I'll take the route that isn't as bad and doesn't include messing up my organs" Hyunjin walks over to the bed as I follow him but he shakes his head.

I look at the syringes "uh Hyunjin,those all have some form of liquid in them,if one injects into your veins,who knows what it could do to you" I warn him before picking up one of the syringes examining it. Clear liquid..I press down on it a bit letting the liquid hit my skin before sniffing it.

"Are you insane or just looking for a death wish? What if it just reacts by the skin,there are so many drugs out there that are deadly by just touching it" Hyunjin says in a bit of shock and panic.

I quickly wipe it off on my jeans as I shake my head when I begin to see the lights flicker and the bed turn blood red "Hyunjin,this is GHB aka the date rape drug, Gamma Hydroxybutyrate, it's a clear and odorless liquid that is a antidepressant, it's something that's mostly made in labs...something Jinyoung would make"
