He had underestimated how much your father actually cares for you.
Kinich knew you were somewhat spoiled to an extent, but ever since your father forcefully paid him to stay with you because you couldn't stop making a huge fuss about it, he knew your father was absolutely permissive for you.
"Whatchu doin'?" You ask him, lying on your stomach on the couch while watching him work with the lecture notes that had been delivered to him.
He hasn't left your estate in well over a few days, Yakov was the one who talked to his school about his absence from the campus, Kinich was curious as to what reasoning he used.
Kinich looks at you before realizing something was off, he sighs at this. "Y/n, wear your face mask."
You stick your tongue at this, "I don't like wearing a mask inside the house," You remain in your position, "It's not like I'm going to give you the sickness."
"Your immune system is still weak," Kinich stands up, heading over to where the box of masks laid before grabbing one.
"Isn't the air humidifier enough—?" Kinich interrupts you by slipping on the medical mask over your nose and mouth, earning an annoyed expression from you. "I don't like this mask."
"Your designer ones are still in the laundry," Kinich grunts as he settles back down, grabbing his notepad and peering over to his laptop at the code that he's been working on.
