Author POV:

Two days had passed since the incident at the restaurant, and Viraj hadn't said a word to anyone.

After making Daksh promise not to tell anyone about meeting his chachu, Viraj had locked himself in his room, quiet and distant.

The others were getting worried, especially because this wasn't like him. Even Daksh, who knew the reason behind his silence, felt helpless.

Finally, this evening, when everyone came home, Viraj called them all to the living room. They were relieved, hoping that he was finally ready to talk about whatever was bothering him.

Ashank and Gaurav sat down, looking exhausted from their royal duties. Viraj noticed their tired faces and asked, "Bhai, are you both okay?"

Gaurav sighed heavily, while Ashank replied, "It's been a rough day at the palace. The king and the crown prince were furious, and we had to handle the chaos."

Viraj and Daksh exchanged glances, both making an "O" face. Viraj then looked around and asked, "Where's Rithvik bhai?"

"It's his results day," Gaurav answered. "He's probably in his room, waiting for them. Forget about him for now. Tell us what's been bothering you, Viraj. We've all been so worried," Ashank said, his voice full of concern.

Viraj sighed deeply, gathering his thoughts before speaking. "I met my chachu two days ago."

Ash and Gaurav's eyes widened in shock. "What?" they gasped in unison.

Viraj explained everything—how he had met his chachu, what he had learned about his parents, and the truth about their deaths and who killed them.

Daksh sat quietly next to him, keeping his hand on Viraj's shoulder, silently offering his support.

By the time Viraj finished, Ashank and Gaurav's mouths were hanging open in disbelief.

"WHAT? HOW? WHEN?" they shouted, stunned by the revelation.

"I don't know," Viraj replied, his voice cold, "but that's what we need to find out."

The tone in Viraj's voice sent shivers down their spines. His face was completely emotionless, but the fire of revenge was clear in his words.

"I need revenge for my parents' deaths, bhai. And I'm not taking no for an answer."

Ashank sighed, rubbing his temples, clearly troubled. "Viraj, they're royals. What can we do against them?"

Viraj chuckled darkly, a cold smirk forming on his lips. "For starters, I need a job in the palace."

"There are no vacancies left, Viraj," Gaurav said, sighing for what felt like the hundredth time.

Viraj's smirk widened. "I know there aren't any. So, I created one."

"What do you mean?" Ashank asked, frowning.

"I was the one who sent that letter to the king today," Viraj said calmly.

"YOU DID WHAT?" Gaurav shouted, standing up in disbelief. "Have you lost your mind, Viraj? How dare you send a threatening letter to the princess?"

Viraj kept his face completely emotionless. "I had to, bhai. It was the only way to get into the palace."

"But that doesn't mean you can snatch away her independence," Ashank said, his voice firm.

"The princess is the sweetest person to walk this earth, Viraj. She's innocent."

Gaurav nodded in agreement, his expression serious. "I will stand with you in everything, Viraj, you know that. But not in this. I swore to the goddess that I would protect my sister with everything I have."
