aye, I don't actually have a plan for this so uh yeah. Also it's late and 44 reads? wow, didn't expect that.
Lizzie strutted down the street, feeling confident. She had just won an award for Best Acting in the play she had done.
Lizzie's heels clicked on the pavement when a light purple light filled the air, and she paused, looking up.
Hovering above the sidewalk was a fish shaped rocket, with light purple light softly cutting through the darkness. A door opened and the silhouette of a young woman was illuminated by the purple light.
'Hello?' Lizzie questioned the silhouette.
'Ahem. Hello!' The silhouette answered surprisingly in a feminine Australian accent.
'I am... Pearl!' The Australian alien said waving her hand slightly. 'Who are you?'
'Uh, Lizzie.' Lizzie answered still in awe and shock.
'Oh! This light probably hurts your eyes, let me turn it off.' Then shortly after the light turned off, and standing in the silhouette's place was a very unalien-like figure.
Standing in the rocket was a tall lady with soft brown hair, light blue eyes, and a grey hooded jacket. She wore a white shirt and grey shorts. Her hair floated around her face slightly as if it did not know what Isaac Newton said about gravity, nor did it care. Small stars glittered in her hair, causing smaller, lighter brown streaks in her hair. She would have looked very much human if not for the dark blue lunar moth wings. In place of the dots that are supposed to look like eyes, there was light yellow glittering crescent moons. Pearl also had deep indigo moth antennae.
'Nice name, Lizzie.' Pearl said, sashaying down the ramp to her rocket, like it was the most normal thing in the world.
'Where did you come from?' Lizzie inquired.
'My parents.' Pearls answered simply.
'Where do you live?' Lizzie corrected.
'My house.'
'Where's your house?'
'Next to my neighbor's house.'
'Where's your neighbor's house?'
'Next to mine.'
'Where is your- Oh, never mind we could go on like this for hours.' Lizzie said slightly exasperated but intrigued by Pearl.
'Pearl, do you have anywhere to live near here?' Lizzie asked genuinely concerned for Pearl.
'No, not really.' Pearl answered. 'I guess I could live in my spaceship, or that box over there!' Pearl said pointing at a sad little cardboard box in the corner.
'You could live with me for now. That is, if you want to and trust me enough.' Lizzie offered.
'Sure, you seem nice.' Pearl stated her wings unfurling slightly. 'Where do you live?' Pearl asked.
'My house.' Lizzie answered a smile spreading across her face at her new friend.
