"Vishwas ji, yahi jagah batayi thi na aapke aadmi ne?" Anubhav asked, his eyes scanning the bustling market.

"Yahi Aru ki last location thi.." Haseena replied, her gaze sharp and filled with suspicion.

"Wahi, madam ji. Par Aru yahan kya karegi aakar?" Anubhav asked, his worry deepening.

"Shayad kuch lene aayi ho.." Vishwas suggested, glancing uncertainly at Anubhav.

"Woh toh shayad ghar wapas ja rahi thi. Phir sabzi market mein kya lene aayegi?" Haseena questioned, her brows knitting in confusion, a hint of frustration creeping into her voice. "Kahin kisi se milne toh nahi aayi thi? Koi blood report lene ke liye?" Her gaze flickered to Anubhav, suspicion clouding her eyes.

Her words hung in the air, heavy with accusation. Anubhav's jaw clenched.

"Aapka matlab kya hai, madam ji?" He asked, anger simmering beneath his voice, his fists tightening by his sides.

"Aap acche se jaante hain hamara matlab," Haseena shot back, her tone unwavering, her boldness cutting through the tension like a knife.

Anubhav's temper flared. "Aap phir shuru mat hoiye apna purana Anubhav-katha lekar. Hum nahi hain isliye dimaag ghooma toh bhool jayenge ki aap ek ladki hain!" His voice was sharp, a dangerous edge creeping into his words as his gaze bore into hers.

Haseena's eyes flashed with anger, her lips parting to retaliate, but before she could speak, Vishwas stepped in sharply.

"Bas karo tum dono!" Vishwas shouted, his voice cutting through the heated moment like a crack of thunder.

Suddenly, a blood-curdling scream ripped through the air, followed by a frantic shout, "LASH!"

Their argument fell away instantly, replaced by urgency. Without a word, they sprinted toward the source of the scream, hearts pounding as they weaved through the thickening crowd. The atmosphere around them grew tense, every breath heavy with dread.

As they pushed through the onlookers, the scene before them made their blood run cold. There, lying motionless on the ground, was a lifeless body-Vikrant.

"Yeh... yeh toh Vikrant hai!" Haseena gasped, her voice trembling with shock, her face paling as the horrifying realization sank in. Vishwas and Anubhav exchanged a look, their silent communication heavy with the weight of the situation.

But Anubhav's attention shifted, his breath catching in his throat as his gaze fell on something lying near the body-a phone. His stomach dropped. His fingers twitched as he recognized it instantly.

"Yeh toh Aru ka phone hai..." he whispered, the tension in his voice thickening with dread. Panic surged through him, his mind racing with all the terrifying possibilities. What did this mean? Where was Siya?

Haseena snapped out of her shock, immediately dialing her team and forensic experts.

"Body ko dekh kar lagta hai das se barah ghante pehle maut ho chuki hai, zeher ki wajah se. Dikhne mein suicide jaisa lag raha hai, kyunki koi force ke nishaan nahi hain. Shayad khud marzi se liya ho," the forensic doctor said after examining the body.

"Nahi, doctor, yeh suicide nahi, murder hai. Kyunki records ke according yeh aadmi pehle hi mar chuka tha.." Haseena interjected, her voice steady but laced with an undercurrent of tension. Her eyes remained fixed on Vikrant's lifeless form.

"Par ise marega kaun?" Karishma's eyes widened as she processed Haseena's words.

"Wahi jisne ise hamare pichhe lagaya tha.." Anubhav answered, his voice sharp, his gaze hardening as the pieces began to fall into place.
