The Fantastic Car MK II flight roared into the western Pacific sky as the huge red fireball that is the sun began slipping quickly below the horizon. The fantastic Car MKII refuled from their supply on the island of Guam...

and were now ready to continue patrolling.

This continuous patrolling was necessary

to prevent Evil Villains from carrying out their deadly aims: the destruction of the fantastic four, and there new member tyler phantom. the occupation of earth, and the conquest of the universe!

Iron-Man the iron leader of the Avengers, ordered the other avengers to test fire there new battle gear.

Once that was done, things settled to a peaceful routine patrol.

However, in the western sky, Sabertooth the sneaky evil mutant who works for magneto, had plans to interupt that peaceful patrol.

He and two other mutants avalanche and quicksilver came hurtling out of the settling sun in a suprising attack, blasting the avengers with repulsor blasts, and mutant powers.

Then before the Avengers could react, they broke off the action and streaked away to the east.

Iron-Man immediatley turned east and gave chase.

In the dimness of the Baxter Building, there was puzzled reaction to the strange mutant behavior.

The glowing, green monitor screends in Reed's lab that had been following the battle told Mr. Fantastic, the noble and fearless leader of the Fantastic Four.

What was happening, but not why it was happening.

The Thing, Mr. Fantastic's right hand member with Human Torch and Tyler Phantom, was just as confused as he pointed out,

"The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants have fired there powers. Shall I get Shellhead to do the same and continue the chase?"

Mr. Fantastic thought for a moment, then replied,

"No, Ben. Let them go Time Crystals is too precious for us to burn it up on a usless chase."

"We need to figure out what the brotherhood of evil mutants are up to first, or we might be drawn into a trap of some sort."

"Well, there's one thing we know for certain boss," Human Torch continued. "The pattern of attacking and running is becoming a common occurence in countries bordering the pacific ocean."

"What could be the creepies's reasoning?'"

"I don't know but we better find out fast." Replied Tyler Phantom the new member of the Fantastic Four

"Or we're toast."

The following day, the Brotherhood of evil mutants once again struck an Avengers patrol in their usual confusing fashion, this time on the southeast of the pacific island of Sumatra.

Led by the tricky Toad, the brotherhood of evil mutants blew two avengers jets out of the sky,

then turned tail and dissapeared into the western foothills of the Himalaya mountains.

The Avengers took off in hot pursuit.

Although the these strange actions held no reason for the Fantastic Four, they had a clear purpose for the Villains-

to keep prying Fantastic Four eyes away from the island of buru.

Anyone flying quickly over buru would see nothing more than a typical tropical, rain-forest-covered dot in the southwestern of the pacific ocean.
