In Serene Sea~

Several days had passed, and things were not going well in the underwater kingdom of Serene Sea. The mer-people were feeling distressed and helpless as they struggled to free their king, who was in the clutches of the vampires. They had tried to seek help from other underwater kingdoms, but so far, their efforts had not been successful.

Edric was in his chamber when he heard a knock on the door. "Come in," he called out, and the door opened to reveal Jimin.

Jimin glided into the chamber and approached Edric, who was sitting at his bed
"Edric," he said, "I have something important to tell you."

Edric bowed his head a bit and gestured for Jimin to take a seat.
"Please, sit down, Prince Jimin," he said politely.

After Jimin sat down, he looked at Edric and spoke up.
"I have something important to tell you," he repeated.

Edric looked back at Jimin, listening intently.
"What is it that you want to tell me?" he asked curiously.

Jimin sighed and said, "It's been too many days, and we still haven't found a way to free Jungkook from the vampires." There was a hint of frustration in his voice.

Edric lowered his head and said, "We are trying as hard as we can, but..."

Jimin looked resolute as he spoke, "You're right, we have tried a lot of things, but nothing has worked. So, I've made a decision."

Edric looked up at Jimin, his eyebrows furrowing in confusion.
"Decision?" he repeated, uncertain about what Jimin was about to say. "What kind of decision have you made?"

"Yes, a decision," Jimin affirmed. "But before I tell you what it is, promise you will agree."

"I can't promise anything until I've heard what you have to say, Prince Jimin." Edric replied.

Jimin spoke firmly and directly to Edric, holding his gaze. "I have made the decision to travel to the vampire kingdom and speak with their head councilor, and then with their king."

Edric stood up abruptly, eyes wide with concern, and firmly stated, "Absolutely not, I won't allow you to go there by yourself, Jimin!"

Jimin let out a frustrated exhale and responded, "Please, Edric, listen to me. I have thought this through, and I truly believe this is our best chance of rescuing Jungkook."

Despite Edric's refusal, Jimin remained adamant. "I can do this, Edric," he insisted. "I have to save Jungkook."

Edric was firm in his response, "There's no convincing me on this, Jimin," he said. "You are not going, and I need some time alone. You may leave now."

Jimin's voice was filled with desperation as he pleaded, "Please..." Despite his entreaties, Edric firmly turned his back to him and repeated, "Leave now, Prince Jimin."

Frustration washed over Jimin as he clenched his teeth and let out a sigh. Reluctantly, he closed his eyes and turned to leave the chamber.

Jimin paused near the door and looked over his shoulder at Edric's back. In a firm, defiant tone, he murmured quietly, "I will go, Edric, and there's no one stopping me from doing it."

And with that Jimin left Edric's chamber with determination to free his brother from the vampire king Kim Taehyung.

~

As Jimin left Edric's chamber, he glided through the water towards his mother's chambers. As he swam, his mind was preoccupied with thoughts.

His thoughts racing back and forth, he couldn't help but wonder how he would successfully reach the vampire kingdom, how he would introduce himself to the most powerful vampire king and councilor, and how he would convince them to release Jungkook.
