Chapter Two

Luke's POV

I was sat in a cafe waiting for Hannah to get here; we were going to discuss what to do.

I'd been waiting for ten minutes now. I got myself a much needed coffee as I hadn't slept last night and I aranged us meeting early so Beau and Jai wouldn't be awake to get suspicious and follow.

Finally she came through the door and sat down opposite me, I bought her a tea and me another coffee, then we started to talk.

"So, have you had any thoughts about the baby?" I asked

"Yes, I don't want it, I'm too young and it'll ruin my figure" She said quickly

"What?! You want an abortion?" I asked

"Yes, it will be easiest for both of us" She said

"Well yeah I know but it's not its fault we didn't use a condom, it doesn't deserve to die for something we did" I said trying to pursuade her

"It doesn't have feelings Luke, don't be soft" She said

"How do you know, it's our child, you can't kill it" I said, nearly begging by now. I really wasn't ready for it, but I didn't want it to die, even if it meant my whole life changing.

"Well what else can we do?" She asked

"Well, if you had it, I promise I'd help and pay for it and we could have it certain days a week?" I suggested

"No, you know what Luke, you're not the one that has to carry it for nine months and then give birth to it. It's my body, I'll do what I like" She said, and started to gather her stuff up.

"Yes I know, but it's our child" I said, she just ignored me and walked out of the cafe.

I can't let her kill it, I don't want it to be happening but it is. I put my jacket on and walked out with my coffee, I finished it while I was walking home.

I opened my front door, and saw my mum's suitcase on the hallway, I forgot she was back today, and I've no idea how I'm going to tell her about the baby.

"Luke?" She called from the kitchen, I walked into the kitchen and she hugged me.

"Were where you?" She asked

"Um, I went to get a coffee" I said throwing my cup away

"We have coffee here" She said confused

"Yeah I know, I just fancied a walk" I said

"You need to pack" a very tired looking Jai said from the table

"What for?"

"We're going to America tomorow dumb cunt" He said

"Jai, language" Mum said

"Sorry" Jai said

Great, we were going to America for a few days then the UK, then back to America for a bit longer, this was really bad timing.

"Oh yeah" I said.

Jai was going today with James to meet their girlfriends, and then Beau, Daniel and I were going three days later.

"Oi Luke, we're going to Melbourne with Skip" Beau said walking into the kitchen

"Why?" I asked

"Shopping" Beau said

"I don't really feel like it" I said

"You're supposed to be coming to the airport to say bye to me and James" Jai said
