Much has been published on the events that brought about the great war. It's causes and effects have been analyzed and over analyzed. Many great scholars believe they have discovered the truth of the matter and have published paper upon paper on the subject. In fact, so much has been written after the fact that the facts themselves have been forgotten. Truth has become faded in the haze of fiction.

It is my purpose to set the facts straight.

What I will share with you are not my own thoughts or opinions. What I will share with you are facts verified by research and by the people themselves who brought about this great event. After much research into the lives and histories of the prominent members of the house of Perenem I have attempted to make a cognizant record of the events before the great war so as to make clear some events that have been held in contention. What you do with this information is up to you. Whether you believe it or throw it away as another work of fiction is also up to you.
