Personality
Caleb is a ruthless and a power-hungry tyrant known for his cold and calculated nature, always harboring hidden schemes. He exhibits arrogance, dismissing opinions from those he considers beneath him. He treats other villains as either mere guinea pigs for his experiments or obstacles in his way.
To this, Caleb is willing to go to extreme lengths to achieve his goals, even if it involves harming allies, family, and innocent people, including children. Not to mention he tends to physically and psychologically torment his victims, such as mocking the Sternritter for the death of Yhwach and how they have failed him, calling Four Horsemen as spoiled whores for the Chainsaw Devil, and viciously taunting Suguru Geto for his ideals and using his degrading term "monkey" against him.
Despite this, he does have a heart toward his father who he idolized, albeit in a twisted manner. Furthermore, Caleb can be taken aback when confronted with figures of higher authority, but he's quick to adapt, showing deference and complying with their wishes. But this is temporary, as he will become utterly shocked when unforeseen events result in his plans being foiled. After suffering crushing blows of defeat, he will snap and lose his composure.
Powers
Absolute Invulnerability: As Decade, Caleb possesses immunity toward any physical damage or types of powers such as Cursed Techniques, Devil powers, Bankais, Schrifts, Noble Phantasms, and Magecraft. Signs of this power are shown through magenta aura around his body. However, unfortunately his invulnerability has its limits, especially toward Kamen Riders in their final or ultimate forms.
Dimensional Travel: Caleb can create Aurora Curtain to travel through dimensions or teleport to another place.
