Jungkook, a cute and young bunny-like boy entered the dining room, his eyes still heavy with sleep. He rubbed his eyes with his small palms and quietly took a seat at the table. Across from him, Taehyung sat, his gaze cold and distant.

Taehyung's eyes lingered on Jungkook for a moment, his expression betraying little to no emotion. He continued to sit quietly as if lost in his own thoughts. Jungkook, oblivious to Taehyung's cold demeanor, looked around the table for the food, his stomach rumbling softly.

Just then, a maid entered the room, her cheerful voice breaking the silence.

"Good morning, Master Jungkook," the maid exclaimed. "Breakfast is served."

She set a plate of freshly cooked food in front of Jungkook, who thanked her with a small smile. Taehyung watched the interaction silently, his gaze hardening slightly.

As Jungkook ate quietly, Taehyung suddenly broke the silence.

"Jungkook," Taehyung began,* "I think it's time to visit the hospital again for a checkup. Your asthma has been acting up lately."

Jungkook paused his eating, his expression a mix of resignation and slight annoyance. He swallowed his food before replying.
"Do I really have to? I don't like going to the hospital. It's boring and uncomfortable."

Taehyung's expression remained stoic as he responded.
"It's not up for debate, Jungkook. Your health is important. We need to make sure your asthma is under control. And you know the doctor said regular checkups are necessary."

Jungkook sighed in defeat, pushing his plate away slightly. He knew that arguing with Taehyung was pointless. The older man had a way of always getting his way.
"Fine, but I don't want to spend the whole day there. Can we make it quick?"

Taehyung's gaze softened a fraction at jungkook's resignation. He knew how much the younger boy hated going to the hospital.
"I'll make sure we're in and out as quickly as possible. Just finish your breakfast and get ready. The car will be here soon."

After a short time skip, Jungkook finally came downstairs, dressed and ready to go. However, Taehyung's expression was as cold as ever, and he immediately noticed what Jungkook was wearing.

"Why are you wearing shorts? Put on some pants," Taehyung commanded, his gaze sharp and intense.

Jungkook looked confused by Taehyung's sudden demand. He glanced down at his shorts, which was a simple pair of black gym shorts that reached his knees.

"What's wrong with these shorts?" Jungkook asked, a hint of annoyance in his voice."They're comfortable. And it's summer, it's hot outside."

Taehyung's expression darkened at Jungkook's response. He took a step closer to him, his eyes narrowing.
"I don't care if it's hot or not. You're not wearing those shorts outside. Change into something else."

Taehyung's tone was firm, leaving no room for argument. It was clear that this was not a request, but a order.

Jungkook's annoyance grew, but he knew that arguing with Taehyung was futile. He clenched his jaw, trying to hide his irritation, before walking back upstairs to change. A few minutes later, he reappeared, now wearing a pair of jeans and still looking grumpy.

As they arrived at the hospital, Taehyung led Jungkook straight to the VIP room that was reserved for him. The room was private and well-furnished, equipped with modern medical equipment. Despite the comfortable surroundings, Jungkook couldn't help but feel uneasy. He hated hospitals and being there made him anxious.

Then A familiar face entered the room, and Taehyung's expression softened slightly. Seokjin, a doctor whom Taehyung trusted fully, greeted them with a warm smile.

"Hey, Taehyung, Jungkook. Good to see you both again."

Seokjin was a few years older than Taehyung and had a kind, older brother-like persona. He had been jungkook's doctor for years and had developed a close relationship with both Jungkook and Taehyung.

"Ready for the checkup, Jungkook?" Seokjin asked, his voice friendly and reassuring.

As Seokjin was about to continue the examination, he asked Jungkook to open his shirt for some checks. However, before Jungkook could respond, Taehyung suddenly spoke up, his voice firm.

"No need," Taehyung said, standing up. "I can assure you, his health is fine. You don't need to check."

Seokjin looked at Taehyung, a bit surprised by his sudden interruption. He knew that Taehyung took jungkook's health very seriously, but he also wanted to do a thorough checkup.

"I understand that, Taehyung," Seokjin said, trying to keep his tone gentle "But I still need to check just to make sure everything is ok."

Taehyung's expression darkened at Seokjin's words, a small frown crossing his face. He hated the thought of anyone seeing more of jungkook's body. He took a step forward, standing protectively in front of jungkook.

Seokjin raised an eyebrow, noticing Taehyung's reaction. He knew Taehyung had a possessive streak when it came to jungkook, but this was a bit extreme.

"Taehyung, I'm just doing my job," Seokjin said carefully."I need to check his lungs and heart. It will only take a moment."

Taehyung clenched his jaw, his eyes narrowed as he fought the urge to argue with Seokjin. He knew that the doctor was right, but the thought of someone touching jungkook was unbearable. He glanced over at jungkook, seeing the younger boy looking a bit confused and uncomfortable.

Taehyung let out a sigh of frustration before speaking.
"Fine," he said through gritted teeth."But make it quick. And no more than you need to."

Seokjin nodded in understanding, choosing not to comment on Taehyung's possessiveness. He turned to Jungkook and spoke clearly.
"Jungkook, I just need to check your chest for a moment. Can you please lift up your shirt a little?"

Jungkook looked between Taehyung and Seokjin, feeling a bit uncomfortable with the situation. However, he did as he was asked and lifted his shirt, exposing his chest to the doctor.

Seokjin quickly began the checkup, his hands gentle but firm as he checked Jungkook's lungs and heart. He could feel Taehyung's intense gaze on him, but he ignored it and continued with the check-up.

Taehyung stood and watched, his eyes fixated on Seokjin's hands as they moved over Jungkook's chest. The sight of someone touching jungkook made him feel a pang of jealousy, but he didn't say anything. He just stood by, waiting for the checkup to be over.

After a few minutes, Seokjin finished the checkup and stepped back, allowing Jungkook to put his shirt back down.

"Everything seems fine," Seokjin said, glancing quickly at Taehyung.
"Jungkook's health is good for now, but I'd still suggest regular check-ups just to be safe."

Taehyung's expression relaxed slightly at Seokjin's words, relieved that Jungkook wasn't unwell. He nodded in agreement at the suggestion of regular check-ups.

"We'll make sure he comes regularly," Taehyung said firmly.
"And if anything changes, I expect to be informed immediately."

Seokjin nodded, used to Taehyung's overprotective behavior. He understood that Taehyung cared deeply about Jungkook and that he wanted to keep him safe at all costs.

"Of course," Seokjin replied.
