Part 5

The next day you returned the cup of pens and pencils to the top of your desk so he wouldn't have an excuse to go through your stuff again. You guys had decided to practice right away in the morning so that you could enjoy the rest of the day doing whatever you wanted. 

It sounded like the circus was going to stop at a hot spring or something like that today according to what everyone else was saying. When you got to the ring to practice you saw that you weren't the only ones there today, other people also had the same idea. You guys ignored them while you worked on your performance.

 It was harder today because you didn't have Dotty to talk you through it so you had to keep getting down and checking what the next part was on the note Dotty gave you. Overall it went pretty good for the second day, you had two more days after this to perfect it before the show and you were confident you guys could do it. At the very end Sahed held a little too tight to the lyra when he went to flip down so he sort of hurt his hand a little bit but it would be fine in a minute because of the circus magic. 

"Y/n I hurt my fingerrrr" he complained, showing you from down below 

"Hang on" you come down to see 

"It'll be fine in a little while" you told him 

"But it hurtsssss" he whined, holding it up to you 

"And what do you want me to do about it? Kiss it, make it feel better???" You teased a little "Hmm actually my face kinda hurts too now that you mention it..." He smirked at you 

"Shut up-" you scoffed, caught off guard by his remark 

"Hey, you offered!" He laughed 

"Ok I'm going now" you walked away 

"See you laterrrr" he called after you. That's right, you'd almost forgotten that you had another rehearsal tonight with Dotty, which is why you had to practice this morning to avoid making fools of yourselves later. You ate lunch on your own, then met up with your friends (Kamille, Julia, and Rainah) before everyone went to the springs. 

You stepped outside, it was warm and sunny. You all took in the view and talked about how pretty it was. There were little pools of water all over the place and each one had a variety of trees and plants surrounding it. The temperature outside was perfect and the fresh air was amazing as well, smelling of plants and flowers. The 4 of you ran over to one and got in, the water was quite nice as well. 

At first you swam around because it was a decent sized pool but after a while you guys just ended up sitting on some rocks in the water and hanging out. You didn't think much of it when you heard running coming from behind you until you heard a loud splash and got doused in water 

"WHAT THE HELL?!?" 

"WHO DARES?!?" Everyone complained, now completely soaked again 

"My hair was starting to dry" Kamille complained 

"Hiiiiii" Sahed said as he came out from underwater. 

"Hi." You replied dryly, still not thrilled about his water stunt 

"Whatever y/n, I'm here to see Rainah anyways" he turned to her, hoping for her to continue the conversation 

"What do you want?" She asked, still wiping the water from her face "

Uhmmmm.... I actually don't know, help me out here" he said sheepishly 

"No I don't think I will." She said smugly 

"Hmm." He pouted, sitting down next to you 

"Aaand you're back" you laughed 

"Mhm... did you miss me?" He asked, leaning a little closer. You sat there for a moment, thinking of what to say
