The students gathered in the Great Hall for breakfast, they would be going to the train afterwards to begin their winter holiday. It would be the first time that the entire school left for break. The room of requirements would be dismantled, the dark magic removed. A new gym would be built, they received a grant to fund the equipment. A new table would be added to the Great Hall, the 8th years tendency to sit together at the Gryffindor table created a very cramped space for that house. Not that any have complained. Switching tables has become common place for all years but hopefully the new table will give everyone the extra space they need.

"Harry, do you know whose wands these are?" Ron places the two extra wands he found in his pocket this morning. "We were so wasted last night; I don't remember taking them. I woke up in bloody Zach's room, covered in bruises, the prat left me on the floor. Why are we friends with him?"

"Thank Merlin." Blaise and Draco say together, reaching for their wands.

"I was starting to think I'd need to go to the Three Broomsticks before the train." Blaise smiles, "Thank you Weasley."

"Don't thank him, we don't know if he took them from us or not." Draco tries not to smile, "Bloody untrustworthy Gryffindors."

"He gave them back." Blaise winks at Ron.

"Only because he didn't know they were ours. Can you imagine Ron Weasley returning the wands of Draco Malfoy and Blaise Zabini?"

"I changed my mind, mate, give them back." Ron grabs at their wands smirking.

"Fuck off, Weasel." He laughs pocketing his wand.

"Potter, I think I should warn you about something..." Greg pours some coffee for himself and Ernie who came with him to the hall, "My mum is really excited that you're staying. I'm apologizing now for whatever she has planned."

"Your mum's a doll, don't you dare apologize for her." Blaise reaches over to pinch him.

"I didn't say she wasn't, I just thought he should know..." Greg stops as Mrs. Norris jumps on their table. She's no longer in her ninja outfit. She has a piece of cloth in her mouth that she spits out on Greg's plate.

"Mrs. Norris." Ernie smiles, "Lovely to see you." He reaches his hand over to pet her, which she surprisingly accepts. "There now, what have you got for us?"

Greg picks up the cloth, it's one of the costumes they conjured the night they refuse to speak of.

"You want us to help you with this?" Greg asks the cat, lifting up what looks like a spider costume.

She puts her paws on Greg's shoulders, mewing in his face.

"I don't know if that's a yes or no." Ernie laughs, "You should probably do it."

Greg bunches up the costume to put over her head but gets his hand swiped with her nails. A growling sound resonates from her as she puts her paws back on his shoulders.

"Maybe she lost all her clothes and this is the last one she has left, but doesn't like it?" Hermione smiles, she goes to pet Mrs. Norris but gets swiped at. She pulls away before she's scratched.

"Transfigure it into something better." Draco takes a bite of his bacon before offering a piece to the cat. If owls like bacon, then cats probably do too. She accepts it eagerly.

"Can I?" Pansy smiles, waving her wand, the spider costume becomes a black and white striped shirt with a red beret styled hat with a matching red scarf. "There you are, Darling, much better."

The cat paws at the clothing before looking a Greg.

He tries again to dress the cat; this time she allows him to do so.
