"GET ANA AND BELLA OUT OF HERE." Carlisle ordered suddenly, not wanting to waste any more valuable time than they already had. "Go." He tried to get Edward to move quicker, but it wasn't quick enough as panic coursed through Carlisle's veins to get Anastasia to safety, he began to move Edward around himself.

"Emmett, make sure to follow them." The blonde man then addressed him as the two humans ran towards the car behind Edward.

It was a hurry as Edward almost shoved Bella into the passenger's seat and aggressively began to put her seatbelt on whilst Anastasia entered behind the driver's seat, not really wanting to get assaulted whilst entering the car.

"Okay, I've got it! I've got it! I'm all right!" Bella yelled at him, clearly in a frenzy herself as she ripped off Edward's baseball cap he had given her as he threw himself into the driver's seat, hastily igniting the engine as he sped the car through the fields.

Anastasia fell silent throughout all of this, panic rising like vomit in her throat as he fiddled with her fingernails, worried beyond relief, she needed something to help rid her of these worries.

She needed Carlisle.

"What, now he's coming after me?" the Swan girl asked, but she received no response from Edward as he charged the Jeep into the woods.

"Listen to me. James is a tracker." he hissed out as the vehicle bounced around upon uneven terrain. "The hunt is his obsession." Edward declared as Bella just looked at him in horror. "I read his mind." his eyes flickered to look into the mirror that showed Anastasia in the backseat.

"Our reactions on the field set him off. We've just made this his most exciting game ever." he continued, nobody else attempted to interrupt him. "He's never gonna stop."

"What should we do?" Bella hastily spoke, eager to diffuse this entire situation.

"We have to kill him. Rip him apart and burn the pieces."

"Where are we going?" Anastasia was the one to ask, just wanting to get back home to her Grams at this point. "Where are you taking us, Edward?" she asked, desperate when she received no response the first time.

"Away from Forks." he replied bluntly. "We'll get a ferry to Vancouver."

"I have to go home. Now." Bella argued, Anastasia humming in agreement, what if this crazy tracker went after her Grams? "You have to take us home." the youngest girl repeated over and over.

"You can't go home." Edward snapped, his eyes fiery. "He's just gonna trace your scents, it's the first place he's gonna look, he'll go over Charlie, he'll go after your grandmother."

"But my dad is still there! We-"

"It doesn't matter." he roared, causing Bella to flinch slightly.

"Yes it does! He could get killed because of us! So could Anastasia's grandma!" All the while the Jeep rocked about unsteadily due to many factors, the main one being Edward's increasingly careless driving.

"Just let me get you both out of here first, all right? Then we'll talk about it." at this point, Edward just wanted to shut Bella up, and focus on getting the duo to safety.

"It's my dad! It's her grandma! We have to go back!" Bella didn't back down though, Edward just scrunched his eyes shut and he leant back onto the headrest. "We'll figure out a way to lead the tracker away somehow! I don't know. But we have to do something."

After a long drive, Anastasia was dropped off at her Grandma's house, unknowing of the dramatic happenings at the Swan residence.

"How was the game, did you have fun, angel?" her Grams' kindness as soon as she walked in the door was like a punch to the stomach. "What's wrong, why the tears hun? Let's get you a warm cup of hot chocolate, bit cold outside isn't it?"
