25- Dracos Yule Ball Date

Willows POV

"Omg I can't wait for the ball" A Slytherin girl says. "Omg me too, I have the perfect dress!" Another replies. Me and Draco are sat on a table in the corner of the common room. We have lots of homework to catch up on. "What's this spell do?" Draco asks showing me his homework. "Erm I think-" I get cut off by Astoria. "It's a copying spell, it replicates an object" she says.

Me and Draco both look at each other. "Are you okay Willow?" Astoria asks. "Yes?" I say confused. "Are you?" I ask. "Yeah I guess" She says sitting next to me. She turns to Draco. "Who are you taking to the ball?" "Why do you want to know?" He says. "I need you to take me to the ball."

"What!?" He says loudly. Everyone turns and looks at us. "Please Draco" She pleads. "Fine. But this means nothing" He snaps. "Thank you!" She jumps up and walks away. "What was that about?" I say laughing. "Oh be quite, your dates worse" He says. "Fred is not that bad!"

We both laugh and continue working. "Blaise is back tomorrow" Draco says. "I'm aware." I say not looking at him and focusing on my work. "Does what happened still bother you?" -D "what do you think Draco?" "Well, um do you" He begins to say. "Stop talking, I'm trying to focus" I say still not looking at him.

"Sorry." He says. "It's fine. "You know why he did it though" This time I look up at him. "Seriously?" I say. "Well I mean he did go a bit far" "He hurt me Draco. How can I trust he won't do it again?" Draco stays silent. "I get it you want us all to be friends so we can finish the Dark Lords plan but it's not that easy." "I guess your right but.." "but what Draco?"

"Draco! Do you have a silk silver tie?" Astoria asks. "Yes." "Perfect wear that on Saturday, it matches my dress" "whatever". Silver?

"But what Draco?" I ask again once Astoria walked away. "Nothing."
