3- Transfiguration

Willows POV

My moods surprisingly high for the first day of school. It's probably from the incident with Fred last night. Once i reach Transfiguration i see Professor McGonagall at the door. She greats me with a large smile. "Good morning miss Lovegood" she says cheerfully. "Morning professor" i reply walking in. I see Luna with her head in a book. Theres a seat next to her so i sit down. "Hello Willow" Luna says without looking up at me. Her voice caught me of guard. "Morning Luna. How did-" she cut me off. "Your my sister of course i knew it was you." She giggles. Professor Mcgonagall walks into the room and the chattering fell quite. "Today we will be turning our animals into water goblets" she announced to the class. " To do this we will be using the spell Vera Verto". "Can you all get your animals out of their cages please."

I walk to the other side of the classroom to where the cat cages are. I see Clover my cat. Shes a snowy white cat with large orb green eyes. Next to Clover is a tatty black cat with yellow eyes and an angry look. The cats name is Zeke. It was Zabinis cat. Zabini stops me when i try walk back to my desk. "Hows weaslbee" He remarks. "What!?" His question caught me off guard. Why does he care? " I saw you two yesterday. Does someone like weaslebee " he taunts. Great i think to myself. I barge past him towards my seat.

"Miss L Lovegood may you show the class how to turn their animals into a water goblet." Proffesor mcgonagall asked. Luna clears her throught and raises her wand at her small green toad. "𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙖 𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙤" she sang in a soft voice. A small white puff of smoke appeared and her toad had turned into a green water goblet. "Amazing Miss Lovegood, 5 points to Ravenclaw" "Miss W Lovegood you can give it a try now!" The whole class stares at me. I lift my wand just like luna did. " 𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙤 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖" This time a gust of black smoke comes out of my wand causing Clover to jump up and screech. The whole class laughed at me. "Silence!" Proffesor Mcgonagall shouted. The laughter stopped instantly. "Moving on" she cleared her throat. "Mr Zabini how about you try" she smiled towards him. He placed his large cat onto the desk and raised his wand. " 𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙖 𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙤" Again a white smoke appeared and his cat had turned into a black water goblet. He turns round "That's how it's done." He laughs. "Shut up Zabini" I rebelled. "5 points from Slytherin" Proffesor Mcgonagall shouts. Everyone in Slytherin sighs but I'm too embarrassed to care.
