Izuku POV

The following days were filled with stress for everyone else, correct it The following days were fraught with stress for the others, but not for me. Plans were being concocted, with all the accompanying details. They are now genuinely intent on inundating the entire Hero Commission building. The idea, in itself, holds merit; however, should the windows be opened, the water would simply flow out. There are numerous alternative methods to infiltrate the building rather than merely using water—acid, lava, or perhaps a swarm of bees. They deliberated extensively on how to unleash a horde of Nomus within the structure, ensuring that all doors and windows would be sealed in advance, with villains and Nomus positioned at the main entrances. This will undoubtedly culminate in a bloodbath.

Midnight-Sensei: Is there not an alternative approach? Everything will descend into chaos, conflict, and ruin.

Shiggy: The other option spans decades, so if you wish to contribute and take incremental steps to dismantle the Commission, you can proceed on your own.

Me: The sad reality is that over half of the villains in your plan would not survive, and the majority of the rest would be apprehended.

Midnight-Sensei: That is precisely what I stated!

Dabi: Do you have a superior plan, Sherlock Holmes?

Me: Have you ever heard of the Trojan Horse?

Dabi: Yes, why do you such a stupid question?

Shiggy: What are you driving at, Player 2?

Me: I apologize; I am unaware of your collective history and do not know who attended school and who did not and cannot read. They battled fiercely, but no one gained the upper hand, resulting only in bloodshed. With the Trojan Horse, they succeeded in infiltrating without anyone noticing, as they all gathered inside.

Dabi: I find it hard to believe they would fall for this sh*t. It is stupid to get a colossal horse at their gates.

Me: Naturally not. I meant that they managed to sneak in. We could achieve the same.

Kurogiri: We have no insight into your security measures.

Me: True, but one thing is clear; the Hero Commission is intricately connected. It is a vast network influencing all aspects. I am certain they possess tunnels, much like the vents Nezu utilizes. The reason Nezu and the Hero Commission are at odds is the mutual dependency they share—Nezu depends on them, and they, in turn, depend on him. To rid ourselves of the Hero Commission, we must first wait for Nezu to become independent.

Aizawa-Sensei: ...So... we are powerless to act?

Me: Not at all. Nezu can do little, and the Hero Commission finds itself in a similar bind. Their dependency stems from Nezu's influence over them, just as Nezu's dependency arises from the Hero Commission's grip on him. You are not bound in this manner.

Mic-Sensei: Can you use a normal vocabulary you are giving Nezu vibes and it is disturbing. But why is he so dependent?

Me: The UA is owned 23% by the Hero Commission, while 32% of the Hero Commission belongs to Nezu. They can do as they please with that portion. This implies that Nezu can reduce his stake in the Hero Commission at any moment, just as they can diminish their share of UA. The predicament arises because crucial elements of UA are owned by the Hero Commission and vice versa, resulting in a sort of stalemate.

Toga: My head hurts make it stop. This is complicated.

Twice: My brain isn't braining anymore! I understand everything now!

Aizawa-Sensei: Does this mean we do not need to completely obliterate the Hero Commission?

Me: If they are shredded in to pieces they cannot rise again. I would bet my heart that they have underground tunnels. Thus, we need only detonate them and metaphorically uproot the tree.

Kurogiri: How do you know this?

Me: You see, I have other hobbies besides aggressively avoiding life

Shiggy: Indeed.

Me: I can fabricate a bomb, so tread carefully with your choice of words.

Toga: Can you create the bomb using blood?!

Me: Yes.

Toga: That will be fantastic! One bang, and blood everywhere!

Aizawa-Sensei: *sigh* No blood!

Kurogiri: At the very least, this plan has better prospects than the previous one. But how would we come to know of these tunnels?

Me: Quite simply. No member of the Hero Commission has been seen entering or exiting the building. This is a primary reason it is so challenging to ascertain their identities. Therefore, they must be using the tunnels, with the entrances merely a façade. Thus, once you uncover an identity, you should follow that individual to locate an entrance. The security there should also be minimal, as no one would expect anyone to approach from that direction.
