Draco went one way to potions and Hermione went the other way. Snape hated it when people were late. They were lucky they just got there in time. Snape was in a mood , if the class was lucky they got to choose their partners to potions with. But this time they went so lucky. The professor stood at the front of the classroom and began to read the list out loud.
Harry Potter and Cedric Diggory
Ron Weasley and Lavender Brown
Luna Lovegood and Gregory Goyle
Vincent Crabbe and Cho Chang
Neville Longbottom and Seamus Finnigan
After a while Snape Announced
Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy.
They didn't know whether to be happy or annoyed. I mean they loved each other , but they couldn't show it because they were in front of people.
They both walked over to the table and started working on the potion they had to brew. After a while Draco put his hand under the desk and places his hand on Hermione's. She Smiled. Snape had started patrolling the classroom so Draco quickly moved his hand away and put it back on the desk. He glared at Draco and Hermione then carried in walking. Hermione let out a sigh of relief they has nearly being caught.
Snape : stop !
The class had to take their potions to the front so Snape could see who was listening and who wasn't
**AFTER POTIONS CLASS**
No one seemed in a great mood because of the pairings in potions. But Snape seemed in the best mood he had been in all year. Harry glared at Cedric and Cedric glared back. Lavender gazed at Ron and Ron shivered. Goyle pushed Luna to the side and Luna punched his arm.That was really out of character for Luna. Cho turned to face the wall and Crabbe stormed off. Seamus started calling Neville names and Neville did nothing in response. Potions class had set everyone off. Draco and Hermione knew exactly what to do. Draco pushed Hermione and Hermione pushed him back. They threw a few insults at each other and stormed off.
Everyone stormed off too their common rooms and sat in pure silence. Cedric went to the hufflepuff common room. Crabbe , Goyle and Draco went to the slytherin common room. Cho and Luna went to the ravenclaw common room . Harry , Ron , Hermione , Seamus , Lavender and Neville went to the Gryffindor common room. Ginny was already there and had no idea what had just happened but it didn't look good. Not good at all
