(Tara's pov)

I woke up in a hospital chair beside Arianne. She was hooked up to a machine. Jake, Johnnie, Colby and Sam all sat on the other 4 chairs.

"Hey, you okay?" Jake whispered.

The room was silent. I spoke up, replying to him.

"Yeah, what about her?" I asked pointing to Arianne.

"She lost a lot of blood. The doctors took her into surgery by the time we got here. You fell asleep in the car so I carried you in. Colby and Sam got here at 9. You've been asleep for 3 hours." Jake explained.

"Oh. When will she wake up. Where is Vina?" I asked.

"She's safe, with your parents." He said but at a normal voice.

"Well, what about my other question? When will she wake up?"

"Tara." Colby butted in.

"What?" I asked.

The room went silent. Tears slowly began pouring.

"She's not gonna die! Please, tell me she isn't gonna die!" I cried.

I couldn't contain myself, I started pouring tears like it was raining. Everyone shared looks.

"Tara, the doctors think she could go into a coma. They don't know but they are trying their best." Sam spoke.

"Promise me she will be okay and she's going to live!"

"We can't promise that." Johnnie muttered.

Colby started crying too, immediately jumping up and leaving. Sam followed, obviously to calm his best friend.

"Tara, she is a fighter. They said there is a 52% chance she survives." Johnnie continued.

"That fucking low! Fuck this!" I cried and got up and left.

I ran down to the nearest bathroom, trying to calm myself down. I can't believe this is happening. My best friend is gonna fucking die! My vision was blurry as I stared into the mirror. The silence was interrupted by a loud pounding on the door.

"Tara sweetheart, open the door." Jake spoke softly.

I unlocked it and let him in. He attacked me with a hug.

"What if she doesn't make it. I can't live without her Jake. I can't!" I cried into his chest.

"It's okay. She's strong. She can fight through this!" He soothed me.

"I just can't continue if she doesn't make it."

"Everything will be okay, now let's go back to the room." Jake said.

He picked me up princess style and walked out the bathroom towards her room. Once we entered we seen Sam, Colby and Johnnie all crowded around the bed.

Jake put me down, both of us heading over. I saw her awake. I burst into tears, running to the side to hug her.

(Ariannes pov)

My eyes fluttered open. My vision slightly blurred. I couldn't see straight. It felt like I was drunk or high. I see 3 figures crowd around me.

I rubbed my eyes, my vision going normal. I see that the 3 figures were Johnnie, Sam and Colby.

Johnnie spoke first. "Hey, are you okay? How do you feel?"

I couldn't speak. I could barely comprehend what was going on. Where was I? What's happening? Why am I in such pain?
