Everyone piled into the taxi, as we all put our suitcases in the back. We had to get two taxis since there were 6 of us. Vina, Colby and I were in 1 and Sam, Tara and Jake were in the other one.

"Are you excited, Ari?" Colby asked me.

"N-no." I shook my head.

My throat had a lump in it and my breathing was getting heavy as we got closer and closer. Eventually our taxi arrived and everyone got out except me.

"Hey, come on. We are here." Colby yelled from the trunk.

"I c-can't." I stuttered, tears filling my eyes.

"Come on!" I heard Tara's voice.

I shook my head then felt the car door open as a big pair of hands grabbed me. I looked up and saw a glimpse of Jake before he lifted me over his shoulder, grabbing his suitcase.

"Jake! Please, put me down!" I yelled.

"Nope! You need to see your mom for the first time in 9 years!" He said as he walked to our front door.

Colby and Vina behind him. He put me down and I turn, running out of the garden.

"Arianne!" I heard from behind me.

"Nope! Save yourselves!" I yelled.

I felt another pair of arms grab me. I turn my head seeing Colby. I kick my legs around as he walked back into the garden.

"No! No! Please no!" I yell as we walked past everyone and to the very front.

I was met with the face of the devils mistress. My mom. I shook my head, tears in my eyes as my breath hitched.

I felt my throat burn as I looked at her.

"Who are you?" She asked.

"Colby! Let me go now!" I cried.

"Oh! Colby! Omg you guys!" She seemed filled with joy as she looked at everyone around her.

"Come in!" She held the door open.

Colby dragged me in, followed by everyone else.

"Arianne, please! It's okay." Colby whispered.

"Please don't do this!" I whispered.

"She's our mother! You haven't seen her in 9 years!" He whispered again.

"I don't care!" I yelled.

"Why are you up at 1am mom?" Colby asked.

"I couldn't sleep. You know, with everything that happened with your sister I was just having a few nightmares." She admitted.

My eyes widen as I relaxed. I decided that I should act as if I don't know her right?

"So are you going to introduce me to your, uh, friend here?" She asked.

"Uh-" Mom cut me off.

"You look a lot like my little Arianne. Are you sure she's a friend?" She squinted her eyes at me. "Oh, and who's this little cutie?"

"This is Ariannes daughter." Colby introduced her as she hid behind Colby.

"You've talked to Arianne? Where is she? How is she doing?" She asked frantically.

"Mom.." Colby called.

"No, seriously. How have you talked to her?" She continued.

"Mom!" Colby yelled over her. "This is Arianne."
