Disclaimer:Mr. G., You know what the problems with long-lasting stories are? Yes, the writers are coming up with the most ridiculous plots to stay original. I must say, your series lasted very long… I'll try to keep up, for free of course.
Previous:
We delivered a blow to the Sith, by eliminating Palpatine and his second, we created a power vacuum at the Sith, which enabled the Trade Federation to get out of their grip. That news was enough for hundreds of planets to join them, most of them from the outer and middle Rim. The poor Jedi were dragged into the conflict, they were too much integrated into the system to break free from it.
It is time to meet the other force users, some Mandalorians too… I have to ask Obi-Wan that he fucked that Mandalorian princess, or that my actions changed that.
17 Witch.
Well, we released three… Me's? I's? Alter Ego's? On this Galaxy, The Harry-Me took his job seriously and started integrating himself into the system, acting like some kind of Jarvis, Skynet… Well, a mix of those two, I guess, he is a reflection of myself, if I can't trust him, then I am paranoid to the extreme.
Harry streamlined the immigrants and divided them on the new planets, he balanced the construction of settlements with the inflow of new colonists and provided food and materials to help the colonists get through the first five years. Harry also supervised the start of the economy of those planets, often financing loans to start factories or farms.
It took a load off my girl's back, managing 20 planets was hard enough, now there are over a thousand of them. There is a shortage of pilots for cargo ships building up, so much so that we recruited them from our N2 squadrons.
Gendry-Me solved some of those problems by integrating the N2 Starfighter into a new kind of Cargo ship. It was a medium-sized ship, with extended cargo bays and automated loading and unloading droids. Being able to land on the planet, unlike the Heavy transports, they proved a welcome addition to our fleet. In case of an attack, an automatic defense activates, no, not like those stupid guns from the Millennium Falcon. Mr. Lucas saw too many WWII movies, and that Falcon reflected on that. Nope, ours have an automated targeting system, with decent guns and cannons. The N2 can even disconnect to engage in pursuit if the enemy does a runner.
Graxol, bro-in-law, did good business, he expanded his company and has currently fifty Heavy Transports flying for him. All of his pilots are Twi'leks from his clan, to be on the safe side, we provided him with Magic contracts to let him use the New Hyperdrives. His fleet focused on moving his people and cargo to their new planet.
Dad and Mum-in-law… the Twi'lek ones, retired and enjoyed the pampering from their servants. It must be nice, to retire without money trouble… At what age can I retire? Bloody Yoda is eight centuries old, how old am I going to be? What if I retire at 110 and I live up to 1100? Or, I retire at 110 and kick my bucket at 111? Note to myself, avoid interacting with buckets.
Tan, Shiri's and Aola's little sister, is hitting it off with Gendry, designing new ships for Obi-Me. My other in-laws you ask? Padme kept them busy, they were all active in the Government of the Coalition, each ruling over a section of the new planets.
Well, if you provide the means to travel to new planets, you have the right to claim them for your own. It gave Naboo a serious power boost in the coalition, We were not that greedy though, the other members received a number of planets to manage too.
