Mr and Mrs Sencen - Part 2

Chapter Four

Two months later

Sophie's POV

"Okay. You can't freak out okay!!" I tell the girls. 

I had invited Biana, Linh, Vidara, and Marella to my house, to break the news. I hadn't told them sooner, so me and Keefe could start preparing. We were sitting in our beautiful lounge. There was a beautiful off-white corner couch on the left side of the room, with two smaller chairs opposite it. Behind the corner couch, was a floor length bookshelf, with a ladder to get up to the top. There was a wooden round coffee table in the middle of the room, cluttered with plants and books. There was an ottoman to the right of the corner couch. By the floor length window, facing the window was our dining table. It was the kind of house I never thought I'd live in. It was small by Elvin standards, but perfect for me and Keefe. 

"What's going on?" Vidara babbles. 

Vidara had gotten all of her parents most beautiful features. With her striking teal eyes, with flecks of silver, you could tell she is a Vacker. The little hair that she has is black, with hints of brown. Her skin is light and creamy, with light pink lips. She has her fathers strong cheekbones, but her whole face was softened. She was undoubtedly beautiful. 

Linh, who was sitting with Vidara in her arms, said:

"Sophie is going to tell us something!" Linh gives me a look. "But we don't know what it is."

"Probably that she's going insane." Marella guesses. 

"Why would I be going insane?" I ask.

"Because you live with Keefe." We all laugh. 

"But seriously" Biana adds. "What's happened?"

"Well... I'm going to be a mother!" I blurt out. 

"WHAT!" They all scream.

"Yeah?" I finish.

You think after living with Keefe, squealing girls wouldn't have as big of an impact on your ear drums. But, of course, that's not the case. Ouch. 

Keefe POV

I know Sophie told me to tell my friends. And Bangs Boy. In person.
But do I haaaaaaaavvvvveeee to?
Nah. 

I grab my Imparter and call Dexiepoo. 

"Dex. Dex. Dex. Dex. Dex. Dex. Dex. De-"

"Yeah, yeah. I'm here. What's up?" He says. He keeps looking behind him. 

"The sky." I laugh. 

"Ha. Ha. Keefe, what's going on?"

"Oh. Yeah. Sophie's pregnant."

"That's amazing! Wow. Did not expect that! Great!"

"That... was a pathetic congratulations." I say.

"Congratulations. I got to go." Then he hangs up!! Who does that? Well Technopoof, you just lost some friend points. 

I call Fitz next. 

"Hey Keefe! How are you?" Fitz answers immediately. 

"Good Wonderboy, good! Um, where are you right now?" I ask. I could see a shop in the background. 

"At Atlantis. I'm buying Vidara some new clothes! Shes with Linh and Sophie. Do you know why? Linh just said that Sophie had news."

"Yeah. Sophie's breaking the news."

"What news?" Fitz asks suspiciously. 

"Oh yeah... I forgot to tell you. Sorry."

"Tell me what?" His brow got more creased by the second.

"Just some amazing, crazy, totally unexpected news!!!" 

"What?!" 

"I can't believe I didn't tell you! Silly me..."

"KEEFE!" 

"Jeez man. Relax." 

"KEEFE. TELL ME NOW!!!!"

"See, I think it would be much funnier to tease you!" His face is so worried that I have to tell him. "Sophie's pregnant." 

"Really?! Wow! That's amazing!!! Congratulations!" 

"Thanks Lord Snuggleton! I have to go, but I LOVE you!!! Mwah! Mwah! Mwah!"

Fitz immediately hangs up the Imparter. Great. Two down, one to go. Bangs Boy. Ughhh. I call him and he answers pretty quickly. His stupid silver bangs are hanging longer than usual. 

"What do you want Keefe?" He grumbles. Fine then. I'll talk to you like that then.

"Nothing from you. Sophie's pregnant. Bye." Then I hang up. 

Okayyyyyyyy. Maybe I was a bit fast. But... Oh well!

Sophie's POV?

"Does that mean I'm going to be a Auntie? Or an adoptive cousin? Wait! If I'm Sophie's cousin in law, then I'm the baby's 1st cousin, once removed by marriage!" Marella explains. 

"Uhh... Okay?" I mumble. we all laugh. We were still at my house, but we were outside in the meadow with the alicorns. My ever growing belly was much larger than I thought it would be. I was sitting criss-cross apple sauce, my belly sitting on my lap.  Linh was collecting water from the lagoon deep in the woods, and was making birds fly around. Vidara had her arms up and was trying to touch them. 

"What names do you have in mind? Biana asks me.

"I don't know? What do you think? For a boy." I say.

"A boy? What do you mean?" Linh asks.

"It's just a hunch. But, it better be right, because if Keefe is right in thinking it's a girl, I'll never hear the end of it." 

"I bet it's a girl." Marella puts in.

"Yeah! Girl! Girl!" Vidara decides. 

"Nah. It'll be a boy. We already had a girl with Linh, so now it's time for a boy. Plus, Sophie is never wrong." Biana firmly says. 

"What do you think Linh?" I ask. 

"Mmm. I don't really know. I think the baby will be beautiful either way. You know, with you and Keefe as their parents."  

My eyes water. Linh is amazing. 

"Okay... What about Lorien? It's a nice name." Biana suggests. I think about it. 

"Yeah? It's not really my thing. What else? Linh?" I ask

"Hmm. Soren? Or maybe Calix?" Linh wonders. 

"Ohh. I really like the name Soren. Hmmm. I know! How about Merrick?" Marella adds. 

"I don't know. I'll talk to Keefe. Anyway... do you guys want to go swimming in the lagoon?" 

"YEEESSSS!!!!"
