Sally prefers to float than walk.
Thats because her uncle raped her before he killed her. Which caused her a severe amount of pain in her lower half and intensely hurts when she walks.
So she doesnt use her legs, if she does she winces and cries out of pain.
There were some points where she got too tired to float around and of course she cant walk so someone has to carry her.
