Slenderman does have a mouth, its behind his paper like skin. If you wonder how he uses it, consider it like slime. He can rip it open for however long he wants and seal it back. It creepys out a lot of people and no one can seem to focus on anyhting besides his mouth, so he keeps it closed unless he needs to eat.
