Nurse Ann's body is crooked.
Some parts arent attached properly, twisted and unfunctional fingers, feet are lean and turned inward, which gives her a zombie like look. When she walks she dips and sways and her bones twist and crunch.
And not all these attached limbs work properly. And she still manages to kill people with a chainsaw even with a not so functional body.
