The creepypasta mansion is actually not old and broken as you think it is. It has a firm structure and has a luxurious vintage haunted look to its interior. Its surprisingly clean and tidy. The rooms are also lavishly decorated to fit which pasta or proxy occupies it. The tax fraud comes in handy i guess.
