The three characters, Rapunzel, Hiccup, and Merida were in the separate van because they were kidnapped by Mr. Terry's men and also they teleported in the different places in California. Good thing for them that they teleported to where they would not be seen in public or in a non-crowded place.
Hiccup was teleported to the mountain side of Santa Monica Mountains in Los Angeles. He woke up and he looked around him. He was confused because he should be on the boat or at the shore but he was now at the hillside. He noticed that it was night time and the buildings that he saw on the horizon are lighting up like stars on the ground of the earth. He never saw anything like this before. He thought that he was in a different world or something.
Man 1: I can't believe that they already caught Elsa and Jack and we just roamed around for nothing.
Man 2: I know right, but I would say they give us enough salary and all we do is just looking out.
Man 3: Hey hey! Look over there!
Man 2: Where?
Man 3: There that man. Look at the costume he is wearing.
Man 1: What about it?
Man 3: I think I've seen that guy before. He's in the cartoon movie.
Man 1: Oh yeah, the one with the dragon?
Man 3: Yeah yeah yeah!
Man 2: Is he a cosplayer?
Man 1: I don't know... I don't think he was.
Man 3: Yeah, I can see that he really looks like in the movie.
Man 2: Do you think he's from the fictional world that teleported here?
Man 1: Another fictional character here in our world? I don't think that's possible. We only know that only Elsa and Jack Frost are going to be teleported here.
Man 3: How about let's check him out.
Then the three men approached the person they think is another fictional character that teleported here in the real world.
Man 1: Hey!
Hiccup: Uh...
Man 2: What's your name?
Hiccup: Umm... Hiccup.
Man 3: We are just curious, can we know where you're from?
Hiccup: Uh... Why do you want to know where I'm from?
Man 3: We just want to see which part of California are you from?
Hiccup: California, what is California?
The three whispered to each other saying that the person they are talking to is really a fictional character.
Man 3: How about you come with us.
Hiccup: No no, I think I can handle myself.
Man 2: Don't worry, we're not gonna do anything bad or something.
Hiccup: How about you stay away from me.
Since they think he knows what they will gonna do to him, One man covers Hiccups face with chloroform-soaked cloth and two other men tries to hold Hiccup. Hiccup muffled while trying to get free from them.
While they are trying to make Hiccup calm, one stranger passes by and sees someone getting kidnapped, he then hides in the hiding spot and watches as what he was witnessing. Soon he saw that it was a fictional character that was kidnapped by three people.
When the character was now unconscious, they brought him to the van. The stranger follows them and takes note of the license plate. He then reached out to his phone and dialed someone.
Stranger: Sir, I got a sighting.
Agent: We're on our way.
At the Agency Headquarters
Mr. Christopher held for another meeting with his committee to tackle the latest developments of the plan.
Mr. Thompson: Now, as we put the characters in their designated rooms, they will be-...
Mr. Thompson was cut off when someone entered the room and went straight to his chair. The people in the room stared at the person and waited for him to say something.
Mr. Gallagher: Director, I have news. A fictional character was spotted.
The people gasped and began to cheer as they found out they finally found out that the characters come back to the real world.
Mr. Christopher: That's great news! Did they capture them?
Mr. Gallagher: I'm afraid they did not, Director.
Mr. Christopher: Wait what? How?
Mr. Gallagher: Let me explain sir. The character that was spotted was not Elsa nor Jack Frost, but from a different movie.
Mr. Christopher: What?! Another fictional character?
Mr. Gallagher: Yes sir. The character is named Hiccup from the movie How to Train your Dragons.
Mr. Christopher: I'm aware of him, but are you sure that it was him? How come you don't capture that character?
Mr. Gallagher: That's what I was about to say next, Director. The reason why they didn't capture him is because there are people who already captured him and they are not in our department. Right now we are tracking them to where they would bring him and we might also find out who are these people who kidnapped him.
Mr. Christopher: If we already spotted a new fictional character here in our world, then maybe Jack and Elsa are already here in our world.
Mr. Gallagher: That's what we hypothesize. There's also maybe a group of people who have the same motif as ours and we're still gathering some information to confirm it.
Mr. Christopher: Do your best to track them.
Mr. Gallagher: We will sir.
Mr. Gallagher saluted and went out of the room to continue investigating.
At the Company Headquarters
After a few hours, the vans arrived with new fictional characters inside.
Personnel 1: Why are there vans coming? We already got the characters.
One of the driver got out of the van and approach them.
Man 1: Apparently, not all of them. You see... there's more characters we caught.
Personnel 1: Wait, there's more characters? I'm was not informed that there was more characters.
Man 1: You don't believe us? Open the van.
They open their van revealing the new characters that were unconscious. The personnel checks them out if they are real.
Personnel 1: What movie is she from?
Man 1: From what I have researched, she's from Brave. Her name is Merida. This is her picture.
The man showed him the picture of Merida from the Google search result and he was already convinced that it was another fictional character.
Personnel 1: How about this Guy?
Man 2: He's from How to Train Your Dragons. His name is Hiccup. This is his picture.
The man showed him the picture and he recognized the character, believing that the character is real.
Personnel: How about the other one?
Man 3: This is Rapunzel, from Tangled.
Personnel 1: Oh I already know her but, why is her hair color dark brown and not long?
Man 3: I guess her hair was cut and her golden hair is gone at the end of the movie.
Personnel 1: Oh that's why, anyways get them out of the vans and bring them to the room.
The three characters were brought inside the building and to their room.
Man 1: Hey! What about our payment?
Personnel 1: We'll let our Boss know about your reward. We didn't expect that there would be new characters coming.
