The Two Brothers and Me

Chapter 1

Jin held his shirt tightly as the Dean of their school talked to his mother, who was summoned after Jin got into questioning at the precinct.

Apparently, Jin attended a College party where there were drugs sold. Jimin and Yoongi were too late to find him as a drug was already consumed by him, unknowingly mixed in his drink by Chanyeol. They tried to make him take the drug eversince he arrived.

Jin wanted to forget his problems but was hesitant to take the drug. His new friends, as they said, Chanyeol and Kyungsoo, forced him to take the drug, but he did not agree.

When Jimin and Yoongi arrived, so are the policemen, who were tipped about the party. Jin was caught, together with Yoongi and Jimin, but the hard part was that Jin was positive on drugs but the two were not.

"Apparently, we'll have to suspend your son for a month." The Dean said.

Jin's eyes widened but did not say anything. It was his fault that he was in that party.

"Mr. Song, is it possible to change the decision? My son had been a good student." Yuna said, hoping to change the Dean's decision.

Jin rolled his eyes by what he heard. Thinking "as if she was there".

The Dean clasped his hands. "I am sorry, Mrs. Kim, this is the decision of everyone in this college. It's only right that we make sure that the students know the repercussions of their actions. Seokjin went to the party and took the drug, with a solid proof of his blood test, and very high alcohol level."

"How many times do I have to tell you, I did not---"

"Seokjin, please, don't make this worse." Yuna said in a whisper and held Jin's hand.

Jin knew he lost the battle but he really did not consume the drug. He was sure he did not accept it even when he's drunk, he would not take it.

"I am sorry, Mrs. Kim. If there's nothing more to discuss in this matter, Seokjin can go home with you." The dean said.

Yuna sighed. She knows that she cannot do anything with all the evidences found in Seokjin's blood. She had to run to him last night when she was called. She almost cried when she saw her son being questioned by the policemen. She always knew that her son is a responsible one. She should have thought that his father's death will have this impact on him, considering that they were together for a long time, just the two of them. Only if his ex-husband agreed to take Jin with him, this should not have happened.

As they walked at the school's lobby, everything was quiet. Jin walked ahead of her and she just allowed him. She knows that the boy is not comfortable with her but she needs to do something.

"We'll talk when we get home." Yuna said to Seokjin as they walked in the lobby of the school.

"I will go home to my apartment." Jin said.

"Seokjin-ah..."

Before Yuna can say more to his son, Jin already walked ahead of her. She just let him go and dialed his husband's number.

"I will talk to him again." Yuna said over the phone.

"I will come over and talk to him. This is something new to him, Yuna. You need to understand him." Jaehyun said.

Yuna sighed. "I'll wait for you at his apartment." She said, knowing how Jin would react once he sees his apartment.

"Where are my things?!" Jin said as he rummaged through his room.

"I moved them all to our house." Yuna said as soon as sha came inside Jin's apartment, seeing his son looking for his things in his room.
