Ben-the-jamin

(Rhea)

Unstoppable thoughts revolve around my head, than focusing on the lecture going on. My professor was teaching while wagging his long stick.

I feel bad about all the things which happened between me and Marcus. The time we met each other, we end up like weirdoes. He was struggling to sleep after he missed his mother. I should've known.

That explained why he felt so drowsy on the party. But why did he fall asleep quickly yesterday? He didn't even wake up during the thunder storm which disturbed me, neither during the morning time.

It's too bad that he drinks to fall asleep every night. That would cause his health to go downhill.

Wait! Why am I thinking about him?

I, as an obedient student, resumed to listen to my class, when out of nowhere everyone turned silent.

All my classmates turned their faces to me and gaped with amusement. What the heck?

Did they found that I didn't bath today?

I swear, it took me so long to come back to hostel. So, I skipped that thing and reached college as soon as I can.

"Rhea Anderson!" My professor's voice shook my consciousness, "Don't you hear that I'm calling you? Are you sleeping!"

I stood abruptly and the stationeries on my lap fell down with a crash. I hope no one noticed it, but I was wrong.

"Rhea, you're pen!" Said Robert as if he discovered most fascinating thing. "Shh!" I shushed him.

"Rhea!!" My professor barked again.

"Sir!" I looked at him to find him standing with a non-teaching staff.

"You are called by Principal sir. Come down with me." The staff informed.

My brows raise in confusion. "What?"

My mind couldn't comprehend what reel they were rolling. "Get out of the class quickly, Rhea. I need to finish my lecture today itself."

That bald head professor urged me to go absent from the class. I cursed him that his underwear will go missing every time he buys one, while I walked down the steps of my classroom.

"Sir, who called me?" I asked just to verify whether I don't believe any pronunciation error.

"Principal sir called you immediately." He replied.

You mean... Ben-the-jamin?
