This is the story of a young boy who finds himself having incredible power and using that power to rise above his past and save the world of Remnant from all manner of evil as a huntsman
It was the day of the opening ceremony for the new incoming students who would be attending Beacon Academy to become huntsmen and huntresses. Daichi was amongst the new students who had arrived at Beacon Academy and were waiting for the opening ceremony to start. Daichi was also looking around for his younger sister Ruby, who would he arriving soon with their sister Yang. Daichi was a bit on edge as he didn't like being around people, and right now, he was surrounded on all sides. Still though, Daichi wasn't going to try and run away and leave as he promised both Tetsu as well as Ruby. Daichi had never broken a promise and wasn't going to start doing that now.
"Man, it's noisy," Daichi said to himself with an annoyed sigh
Daichi's superior senses were extremely sensitive, especially to strong smells and loud noises. He had learned how to drown a lot of it out, but every now and then, his senses did get a bit overwhelmed.
"I just need to focus on finding Ruby," Daichi said to himself as he continued walking through the crowd of people, making his way to the loading dock
As Daichi continued to walk, he started to get bumped into and slightly pushed around, getting caught in a large crowd of people. Daichi had to push his way out of the crowd and get to a safe distance as he started to hyperventilate. Falling back against a wall, Daichi quickly tried to catch his breath and calm himself down. Scales started to appear around the sides of his face as his eyes became dragonic.
"Need to breathe," Daichi thought to himself
Once Daichi had caught his breath and collected his thoughts, he felt good enough to get back up and continue heading towards the loading dock. Right as Daichi got up and was about to start walking, he ended up bumping into someone who was walking past.
"Sorry about that," Daichi said, apologizing to the person he bumped into
Daichi then looked up at the person he had bumped into and saw that they were a guy who had messy blonde hair and light blue eyes

"Huh?" The guy asked
"I said I was sorry about bumping into you," Daichi tells the guy
The guy takes out what looks like wireless ear buds from his ears and puts them in a case before putting them in his pocket
"Sorry about that, my semblance makes my hearing super sensitive," the guy tells Daichi, pointing at one of his ears
"Same," Daichi said
"Cool, twins," the guy said with a chuckle
"So, I'm sorry for bumping into you, I wasn't looking where I was going," Daichi tells the guy, apologizing to him once more
"Don't worry about it, I didn't feel a thing," the guy tells Daichi, reassuring him that it wasn't a problem
