Mason clenched his hands into a large tight fist, and stomped towards Hunter. His expression was filled with untamed malice, and you could tell by the confidence in each of his steps that he wasn't afraid of anything or anyone in his view.

Mason was what most people would call a prime example of how riches, and a weak upbringing damage a person's character. Since the day he was born, he never had to ask for anything, because everything he needed was already there for him...And even if he did want something, all he needed to do was demand for it, and it would be there in the click of his finger. The way Mason had been brought up had not been by mistake, or by some silly accident. His father, Albert MacMiller, had actually made sure that his son had it in his brain that everyone else was levels below him, and that he was the "big boss" of every single person around him.

Albert MacMiller had developed this trait in his son mainly because he couldn't have it that the heir of his business empire became a soft, and humble individual who could be messed with, and taken advantage of.

But even though in some ways the Mason had been raised had made him into a hardcore leader, in most ways it made him  entirely intolerable to those around him, especially Amber. Stone

"Run!" Damien's voice shouted through the large crowd of students around him.

Even though the thought of running had already crossed Hunter's mind, he had unfortunately found himself surrounded by a large crowd of St Aberidge students.

This meant that even if he did try to run, he wouldn't make it even a centimeter past his fellow peers.

So instead of trying to make a run for it, Hunter turned to face Mason head on, and quickly decided he would try to somehow soothe his boiling head with his soft words. However, at Hunter's dire expense, he was never really any good at expressing his thoughts through his words.

In fact, this very moment he was experiencing was one of the only social situations he had ever gone through with more than one person since joining St Aberidge. Which basically meant he had genuinely no experience in talking to other people.

But even so, Hunter knew he had no choice but to put himself into unknown territory.

"Look," he stated, taking a few safe steps backwards, and beginning to state his case. "This was all just a mistake."

Mason clenched his fists even harder, and glared into Hunter's eyes. "A mistake!" He repeated, "Well you should know by now that mistakes have consequences."

Hunter took another safe step back, and looked into Mason MacMiller's eyes for even a hint of pity. "Please," he said. "I thought you'd broken up with her, well at least that's what I was told."

"I thought she was free from——-you."

Hunter held his mouth in disbelief at what he had said, and immediately realized he had indirectly indicated that Amber had actually been in a terrible relationship with Mason.

"Shit, I didn't mean that....It came out—-terribly wrong. I'm sorry." He said trying to make a recovery.

Mason suddenly stopped in his tracks, and looked at everyone around him. His face was boiling with anger, and you could even see little veins popping up the side of his head. "No one talks about what fucking happens next!" He shouted, his voice rather shaky. He then proceeded to pull up his sleeves, and continue walking toward him.

"What happens next?" Hunter repeated, feeling a mixture of fear and confusion welling up within him. "What's that supposed to mean?"

Whispers began to erupt in the crowd of students, and a few of the students slowly began to walk away, as if to try not to get involved in the situation.
