After Scott showed me to my new room, he left to go teach his classes. I can't believe he is a teacher here. He doesn't look like one. Oh, who am I saying? None of these people do. I smiled at myself when I thought that.
I look around the room, it's beautiful, the wood features and the fireplace as well. There was a desk in the corner, a double bed, a dresser cupboard. It's definitely my kind of style room. Maybe this won't be so bad. Right?
As I got some of my clothes unpacked, i heard a knock on my door. I stopped what I was doing and went to the door.
"Hello?" I questioned. It was Storm. "I'm here to show you around the classrooms and around the grounds of the property. There are many different places you can't go, unless you are part of Xmen, but you are just a student, we can teach you how to use your skills as well." She said as she leaned against the doorframe.
I just nod, "Let's go then." She said as she started to walk away. I jog behind her as she walks quite fast, actually.
"Whoa, whoa, what's that room?" I said, looking at the big metal door with an X on the front of it. "That's the training room," she answered "we will take you down there sooner or later, we need to learn what powers you have before we can get you to go on missions with us."How long with that be? You know, before I get to go on missions?" I asked again, with an eyebrow raised.
"Not for long, we will get you started with school first. Then we'll see." She said.
This continued for an hour. We made it back to my room, and she told me that classes start at 8 am sharp, great. I get in the shower and put my pajamas on, I set my time for 7:30am, giving me enough time to get myself wake up and eat. She told me breakfast is served as well, thank goodness.
Let's see what tomorrow brings with these new and improved classes.
