Feast or Feist?

The long preparation of Konoha for their annual thanksgiving festival was finally happening. Today, you woke up early to get yourself ready for the whole day activities included for the feast as the whole village celebrates their rich yield and soaring success in farming, business and infrastructures, as well as the village's growing interrelationship with neighboring villages around the Land of Fire. Numerous visitors from in and out of the village are expected to witness the annual thanksgiving, that is why Hashirama ordered the village's shinobis to triple their number on the different designated posts where most of the visitors will stay. There will also be a trade fair to make small business owners to be recognized. The brothers, together with their village council made sure that this day will be fully guarded, ensuring that the people will make the best out of it without worrying of any.

The Senju mansion is also one of the busiest household that day. Most of the VIP's will be there by morning till lunch. Most of these people are well-known to you as they are the people who hold seats in the empire palace and have different dealings there on a daily basis. You know most of these people and you are aware not all of them can be fully trusted. Since your childhood, observing the people around the palace and their demeanor has always made you fascinated. The way your father handled people of their kind makes you realize how exhausting and traumatizing it was to be at your father's position. Upon, checking the list, you have seen some names that ring a bell- Count Zyaire, the recently announced leader from Eastern borders, who inherited the position after his father's death. He is known for his obsession in acquiring knowledge over forbidden techniques developed by powerful clans such as the Senju, Uzumaki and Uchiha. Though his motive why he is so obsessed with it is still uncertain. Other fickle people you spotted on the list are Duke Adrian from the Hidden Sound village, very famous for his inhumane brutality and greed, his son Edrian is also coming with him, Lord Fushigo from the Hidden Mist and his brother Furawa. Other significant visitors named Duke Ichino from the Hidden Mist, Lord Kazuko from the Hidden Sand and Duke Walton from the Southern Borders. Lord Hashirama also included Madara and his brother Izuna on the guests. That will be your first time meeting these two who have been known to have ill-feeling against the Senju, though Madara has been a friend to Lord Hashirama since they were kids, the same is not the case for Izuna and Tobirama. Both have fostered cold treatment but worked together for the sake of the village. Last night you had a conversation with Tobirama on how things will go out on this meeting. You have warned him and asked to tell Lord Hashirama about the intel you possess about these people. Being part of the empire army has given you access to gather intel around the land to ensure everything is under control. You have managed to hide an identity during your intel missions, though your father did not approved your insistent on espionage but he admits that most of her missions helped the empire gain sustainability in power and in keeping the people safe. The conversation you had last night made you feel the need to protect this village more than you can imagine.

"These people will do everything in their power to create mess. Their cunning abilities to lure people to agree with their alliance to bring villages down and seize the opportunity to rule is immeasurable. They believe in a certain unknown power circling around the Land of Fire is yielding," you explained to Tobirama as both of you stayed in his office to have a safer conversation.
