"Welcome friends." With a sweep of his arms Volkov let Octavius into the discussion chamber, he settle down and soon did his followers, a lot more chairs were needed. There was over 20 allies that had arrived, the most important and powerful ones being.

Octavius Mordex himself, Priestess Nai, Azoth, Xull, Dusk, myself and...that hunter. Lucien knew the ins and outs of that place like the back of his hand, as much as Volkov hated him. He hated to admit it but they need him. "So you need US for your next plan to finally put a stop to the plague that infested our country."

"Yes, as we have seen not one of us alone can do much against them." My gramps had a valid point, and it seemed most of the people in this room knew that. Including Octavius. "We have a special guest who recently transferred over to our side, an Ex hunter by the name of Lucien."

Several of them stood abruptly their weapons brandished, Xull was the one whom stayed in his seat his voice deep and demanding. "So how is he one of US exactly? Where is the proof you claim to have to help back up your claim?"

"Show them the evidence of your choice." Lucien didn't move an inch, he was shaking. I glanced at his hands, and found that he was gripping the arms of his chair, putting a hand on his shoulder he glanced up at me.

"It's okay, I'll protect you." Smiling at me he showed me his beautiful fangs, perfectly formed proof. Placing a kiss on his forehead I whispered softly. "Now show them your beautiful smile."

Once he moved his gaze to each person at the table most sat down satisfied but Dusk wanted a little bit more proof, reaching out my hand I didn't have to say anything, Lucien took my hand in his and tenderly placed his lips on my skin and bit down. "Proof enough for you Sorcerer?"

Holding up my hand I showed him the puncture wounds, sitting down beside the love of my life and the new wounds on my hand was apparently enough for The Renegade. Lucien took my hand back and gently licked the bite wound, I winced as his tongue prodded one of the two holes. It stung a little bit probably because his fangs were much like my gramps, long and sharp.

"So, he is a hundred percent willing to tell us the ins and outs of his once was family?"

"Wasn't too hard for you was it Octavius Mordex? I'd say eating your whole crew and getting bitten to become what you hunted was easy for you."

"CASPIAN!" Volkov flared his wings at Caspian as the flames on his horns grew brighter with his rage towards Caspian's rude remark, even if it was true. "I do apologise for him, he still has no sense of manners for his superiors."

"Not a problem Volkov, I myself am still that way." Mordex snickered a little bit as Volkov rubbed his nose folding his wings back close to his slim pale body, his tail lashing. "Okay, back to business. So tell us young one, how would one go about infiltrating the Coat Of Lions?"

"You can't alone, you need help from the inside. That's where I come in." I didn't say anything but I definitely didn't like this idea, him being a vampire in the midst of the our greatest enemy. "I'll "return" to them with the story of one of you guys found me and captured me keeping me prisoner. Trying to beat and torture the information out of me but failing to do so."

"Makes most sense for it to be you Octavius, if I say it was Volkov she'd have them check me for any bite marks and fangs."

"Okay, but we should make it believable, you need to look as if you barely escaped. We need to have a good sparring session, make a few believable scratches and bruises." Lucien nodded, Caspian however didn't care to watch.

"Maybe even a broken arm or something."

The battle was actually interesting in Onyx's opinion, Lucien had actually stood his ground against Octavius Mordex. Limping into Caspian's room he was immediately hugged by his "husband" it wasn't long before he had to leave, the exhausting journey back to the Coat Of Lions made it more believable. But whole heartedly I hated the idea of him leaving me, it had only been three days since he had decided to become one of us...and becoming my husband, you could tell why Caspian was worried about him.

"Lucien I want you to know that I-" He was intrigued when Lucien hushed him with a tender kiss to the nape of his neck barely above his collar bone, Lucien's tender lips against his skin was calming Caspian's worrying heart. "I need you to trust me...please don't forget... that, I love you so dearly."

"I love you too," A sweet aroma filled the air as a playful nip touched Caspian's neck, the copper smell made Caspian turn his face towards the ceiling, a moan escaping his lips.

Caspian growled softly as Lucien's fangs sunk deeper into his flesh, a beautiful feeling made the wound go numb as Lucien's tongue prodded his tender skin. Caspian had never been bitten by another vampire before, and so the feeling of heat and lust grew unbelievably agonising. Caspian's eyes grew wide when Lucien pressed him up against his bedroom wall, the short man, had Caspian trapped. A soft purring sound came from Lucien's throat as he pressed the length of his body against Caspian's, gloved fingers combed through the short man's hair as Caspian tilted his chin up.

Both gazed up into each other's eyes, leaning forward Caspian closed his eyes as Lucien stood on his tippy toes. Pressing his lips against Caspian's, wrapping his arms around Lucien's waist he pulled him closer deepening the kiss. Pulling back, Caspian spoke softly. "Tomorrow, you leave..."

"I'm sorry...but yes."
