"Wakey wakey, kid!" Charlie calls into the bedroom as he walks in. On the bed was a very tired Niamh, staring at the clock.Whilst she'd made a habit of spending the nights with Finnick, he was in the Capitol and his train wasn't arriving for another twenty minutes.

"I'm awake! I'm awake!" Niamh whines. It was nearly 2pm and Finnick was due to arrive on his train any minute now. Through out the night, she hadn't gotten more than an hour of sleep, haunted by nightmares of the arena.

"When's your boyfriend getting back?"

"Not my boyfriend!" The Victor pouts. Rolling her eyes with a small smile, Niamh gets up from the bed. She'd already gotten dressed in the excitement of seeing Finnick once again after four days. They may not seem like long but for her it was. "Though his train should get here in about 20 minutes."

"Someone's excited.." Charlie teases his younger sister with a smirk. He found it amusing how she looked at herself in the mirror, adjusting her outfit to perfection. "And dressed up apparently."

The outfit:

"Well, Finn said tonight he's inviting some of the other victors around 'ere to his house so I can properly meet 'em

"Well, Finn said tonight he's inviting some of the other victors around 'ere to his house so I can properly meet 'em." Niamh explains excitedly as she adjusts the dress once more.

"That sounds like a date." Charlie frowns. Though he wanted his younger sister to be happy, he was still protective of her. The sight of her adjusting her dress and pigtails for what was the closest thing to a date she'd ever had was terrifying for someone who still saw her as a little girl.

"It's not, I've just missed him. It's been days, Charlie. Days!" Niamh emphasised with a giggle. For four days she could hardly get any sleep without him but somehow she didn't even care about that, she cared about seeing him again.

"I think 'm gonna leave now so 'm there when Finn arrives, I'll see y'tonight." She says before her older brother can complain anymore. With that being said, she's almost immediately skipping from the bedroom with her bag.

Standing at the train station, she played with her fingers nervously. Niamh really did want to see Finnick but a part of her was nervous after not seeing him for four days. In only minutes, his train was stopping on the platform.

"Finnie!" She exclaims happily when she saw him stepping off the train with his bag. Almost immediately her arms are wrapped around him in an affectionate hug.

"Sweetheart, y'missed me?" Finnick grins softly. The whole time he was stuck in the Capitol, his thoughts stayed with her. He never wanted her to go through what he did and if protecting her was the last thing he'd do, he'd die happy.

"Missed ya." She murmurs against his chest, having missed him more than anything.

Finnick can't help himself from resting his chin on her head and wrapping his arms around her. "I missed ya as well, sweet girl. At least now we have a few days of us, yeah?" He murmurs in his comforting accent against her hair.
